    So far so good. Very easy to use. Except that it’s only available on the app. I would like to access it via a regular browser. I also would like to see my progress on a spreadsheet or over weeks or months not only day by day. Thanks

    I tried this app 2 years ago and have tried cancelling my subscription. It does not show up in my subscriptions yet I'm still being charged!

    Great workouts. Only thing I would add is the possibility of adding other workouts with other machines and adding more muscle groups to work out. Legs should be divided into quads and hamstrings like how arms are divided as biceps and triceps. Everything else is fine.

    The routines are very limited, it doesn’t offer option to create routines with supersets, doesn’t show any exercise modifications, and I cannot figure out how to look back at old routines easily. I find the application clunky and annoying.

    I purchased the app for the would be AI involved. The app doesn’t have enough exercises to help the body.

    I used this for a couple of days, and I was impressed with the functionality of the app, and the assembly of exercises. But it did start me out with back to back daily exercises with similar muscle groups, and no rest intervals in between which I had some doubts about. And then, after my third workout, it remains stuck on the third workout with no additional workout suggested and it’s just busted at that point. Support taking Three days or more to reply to anything so it’s just not worth the effort. It’s interesting, but I also derive a lot of enjoyment of designing my own workouts in the gym. Fitness AI looks like it has a potential to push you further and better. But if it doesn’t work, it’s not worth fiddling around with something like this that just gets in the way of gym efficiency.

    Pros: Randomizes workouts somewhat so that it is not exactly the same routine Interface of watch app is probably most appealing across other apps I tried Quick replacement of exercise in the routine with a similar one is a pretty neat feature. Helps when machine which you want is occupied Cons: Watch app is merely a remote for a phone app. Can’t use watch only Watch app freezes at least once an hour and after force closing it frequently shows just refresh button which doesn’t always work either Switching between exercises doesn’t work properly on watch (why none of watch apps can do that?) Smart features of building routine are not as smart as one would hope to. It all boils down to add or subtract couple of reps next time you do an exercise Phone app interface is counterintuitive and even after a year of use I keep falling to guess what to press

    Very limited on machines workouts this half is extremely limited for the price for how much it cost. It needs to add a lot more stuff. Try other apps way better just try out this one and it was horrible.

    My biggest regret is spending $89 for the annual membership. Extremely limited, few exercises and not at all intuitive. The only thing I liked was the body scanner, but that is paid separately.
