    App will refresh your workouts while still in the gym. No cardio options. No support from email. Apple won’t help in terms of a refund.

    I remember when they had better things in the software like the runs and other things that made the app one of a kind. That was back in 2019, I redownloaded recently to try the most recent update. Sad to say that it has not improved, workout wise, same routines and nothing new. The three day cancellation is a scam- I tried it and i cancelled it and they still took my money without refund— I reached out to Apple and they couldn’t help either

    Overall the app is okay only been using it for a few weeks the experience hasn’t been bad other than the fact that when looking at the instructions on the individual exercise you can’t go back to the log section without completely closing the app out. Also wish there was an meal plan option that goes hand in hand with your workouts. I’ll give the app a few more months hopefully the glitch is fixed. Hope to see some results based on the recommendations from the AI

    I don’t like that the workouts will not record to the health app on iPhone even though you have the setting turned on. Simple exercises like Step Ups are not an option. Glute and leg exercises need to be separated and not grouped together. It is supposed to tell you what weight and reps it recommends depending on the last time you did the exercise and it does it sometimes but not always. For example it told me they were adjusting my difficulty because I could only do 7 out of 13 reps and decreasing my reps but what the app prescribed was 1 less rep and 5 more lbs. it just doesn’t make sense sometimes. Wish I only signed up for a month instead of the year.

    I like this app a lot, the variety is nice and the workout gifs are good. However, I do not like that it has a limited set of exercises. There are a lot of things I normally do that it doesn’t have. There should be a function to suggest / vote on exercises to add. You should also be able to manually add exercises. Additionally, there is no way to end a workout and have it not automatically adjust. Sometimes I have to end a workout early and the next time I workout, it will give me lighter weights. I don’t want that.

    Fitness AI’s in Apple messaging said they would give a free trial. But they charged me immediately and they wouldn’t allow Apple to refund the money.
