    I find this app a bit annoying. It will text you that you had an event happen where you need to look at the app then when you go to the app, the Face ID doesn’t work nor does auto fill email. So you’re manually typing all of the stuff in to check the latest observation which is usually nothing.

    I’ve been a LifeLock subscriber for more than a decade, and use the app on my iPhone for daily account maintenance. For the last few months I have had to re-login to the app almost every time I want to use it, forcing me to re-enter my login information every time, even though I have the option selected to allow me to login with FaceID. I was forced to re-enter my credentials yesterday to use the app; subsequently, although I have configured the app to use FaceID, I was again greeted with the login screen when trying to use the app this morning, just 1 day after logging in previously. THIS IS GETTING VERY TIRESOME.

    The product works fine but the app for my iPhone always asks me to sign in every time I use the app despite having set the app up to use face recognition. Very annoying.

    Yall went through great effort to make iOS password integration and autofill act poorly.. between that and the 15 minute notification about “being logged out” idk what’s up with these useless “features”

    Your attention to detail is awesome. I love daily. Anything I’ve purchased is on the website where I can agree or disagree as to whether or not I purchased this keeps me in tune with what’s happening with my credit and my account.
  • Face ID and password not working

    Every single time I login, I have to enter my username and password. It asks to remember me and then select Face ID or pin and I accept and then it never works. It used to, but stopped about a month ago it’s extremely frustrating. Please fix this.
