  • Some app fixes needed

    I add things to the cart and within an hour they’re gone. I search all night stands and the choices are limited, but I go to Instagram and search #mywestelm and see a nightstand I like, screen shot, Google search, find the name, go back to the West Elm app and search the name and there it is where it wasn’t before. Buying through the app has been a frustrating experience.

  • Poor customer service

    After speaking with a representative and confirming that my order would arrive within the week I called back after the app said my order had been delivered but it was no where to be found. After speaking with a different representative I found out that the previous representative had cancelled my order and no one told me. The only solution I was given was to order the product again.

  • Deleted items reappear in my cart!

    This has got to be one of the most annoying things I’ve experienced with an app. I put items in the cart that I realize will not work for my house, and West Elm keeps putting it back in my cart! I delete, I force clothes, I restart, nothing works. This app is my all-time least favorite. Every time I open the app, there are 15 items in my cart. Please STOP doing that!!I’ve shopped at all the Williams-Sonoma stores for many decades. My kitchen is 90 % William Sonoma and my new furniture is 90% West Elm/WS home/PB. No more.

    This app is really frustrating. My shopping cart has items that I have deleted reappearing no matter what I do. My searches are not saved. Every time I go to item details and then return to search it takes me back to top of the list… ugh

  • Many things do not work

    In the app, in my cart, I see an item that does not get removed. I cleared it many times but still it appears in the cart. The rewards button does not work sometimes.

    The app is incredibly slow and glitchy both on and off wifi. It will repeatedly crash without warning. Product showcases are good though.

    You can’t even search or shop without the app closing out, completely useless. You’ll just have to use a browser.
