  • Great store, save the annoying rewards at checkout

    Extraordinary quality at WS. Russian and Indian tablecloths equal the finest European linens. Ruffini copper is to die for along with Coravin, tools, Staub, French porcelain cookware. Rewards are great But the application of them at checkout is unnecessarily laborious. You should not have to toggle within the app or open a browser to access rewards. It’s as if WS doesn’t want them to be used.

    Very annoying having to go back and forth between my cart during checkout and where all the rewards numbers are and have to copy/paste each number. Why can’t I just select all the different rewards numbers I want to apply during checkout?

  • App 100% fails to launch on iPhone 16 pro

    App 100% fails to launch with an error about the telemetry service returning zero. Really fragile app that’s poorly written.

    A variety of clearance items are still listed but when selected simply do not end up in cart. When you go to your cart to pay, some of THOSE items then appear under the heading “no longer available“. Back to the items for sale, then back to the cart to pay and the first items have disappeared. Won’t be using the app again.

    Downloaded the app to IPad, app does not expand to full screen in landscape mode, so can’t use the keypad. Could not access my recipe box/ saved recipes. Am getting errors that my WS card expired but cannot update it. Super hard to search for items when shopping. Have to go back to the browser…

    I find this app is very annoying. It lets you put things in your cart and get to the point of checking out and paying for it and then tell you that it's no longer available. Why is it listing things for sale that are clearly already sold out. Very annoying.

  • Key Rewards should be on the App

    If someone earns a key reward, then it should be on the app and it should be easily accessible. They should be able to scan it in store.
