  • It just gets worse each update

    The latest version (7.4.1) actually causes problems for the desktop version data file. When you use the mobile version, it changes something in the cloud and when you try to sync the desktop it fails and you have to replace the data on the cloud with your desktop version of data to get everything in sync again so you can use the desktop version. However you can’t use the mobile app again or everything will fail again and you have to repeat the repair process. The problem doesn’t happen if you use the ipad version of the app. They need to change the program name to "Sicken" since each new version or upgrade gets worse each time. Do they even test new versions before pushing them out. This upgrade certainly makes me sick.
  • What’s Happening?!

    This app used to be perfect for doing everything remotely away from my PC. I could enter transactions, clear transactions and even reconcile accounts. However, now I can only add transactions. If I do anything else it changes the balance incorrectly. For example, I had a charge for $118. The balance on the app was $118. Then I paid the amount so that the balance was $0, but when the actual payment cleared and I “cleared” it on the app, my balance reverted to $118. The only way I can fix it is to sync with the desktop. Very very frustrating and disappointing.
  • Loses Data After Install

    Following the first access after installation, the app loses all the data (all transactions). It looks like it is working on first install, but accessing it afterwards is totally useless without transactions. This issue does not occur on iPhone version (at least, not yet). C’mon, people. This isn’t rocket science. Quit trying to “improve” basic systems that should work easily over periods of time. I want security updates, but I don’t want “new features” - I want a stable system that tracks my finances between devices.
  • Incorrect Account Balance

    After including transactions in the cloud file through the mobile app the resulting balance change drastically not reflecting the actual balance. Tried to fully delete and reinstall the app and data on my iPhone but balance remains wrong. After sincronizing with desktop it comes to the right figure although sometimes most recent data included using mobile app is lost. Tried to reset cloud data and generate new cloud file but after some updates it shows the same behavior. This is the first time I saw this happening.
  • Apple Keyboard…..FIX IT

    why doesn’t the Apple Keyboard, for IPad, not work with this App? I should be able to use the physical keyboard instead of using the screen keyboard. This is just ridiculous that you cannot use out of the box functionality of iPad. Never seen another app not be able to use the attached keyboard.
  • So Much Stress

    I used to love this app but lately it causes me so much stress, wasted time trying to re reconcile an account and try and find an “error” that ends up not being there. I open my app one minute and the amount is a certain amount. Open it an hour later and it’s a completely different number. Sync with desktop and it’s yet another. I’m starting o er with something else that I can put some reliance in.
  • Why So Bad?

    I’ve been using Quicken for 25 years and have numerous accounts setup. The app which provides a view of the desktop version doesn’t remotely match. It’s hard to explain how bad it is.
  • They are trying… but keep failing

    I know the team is working hard to make a better product but every update just means more features that don’t really work with a platform that it is already flawed and crammed full of junk. Best I can tell people like me and most of their customers use Quicken because we always have and don’t want to find a new (disappointing) service so we stick with the garbage we know. Their customer base is trapped not loyal.

    Can’t believe this is a paid service! Unfortunately paid for a year and got screwed. Transactions randomly get duplicated; if you edit on web it screws up everything on the app. The bank accounts get messed up every few weeks or months; and the worst part is how messy it is to creat automatic rules and how they rarely work!
