  • It's a good app, but it's new

    The app is still relatively new and needs fine tuning, but it's incredibly useful. It allows me to view in-game events and activities as well as dares for things such as smaller nintendo directs. The main things keeping my rating down are the facts that there isn't a system that allows you to view smaller things such as concept arts from previous dates, and that for some reason, the ausio won't play unless I have headphones in (and for apple phones, that can be a pain).

    I’ve downloaded this app several times and every time, the videos won’t play with sound. I see no settings that can fix this. I tried to report a problem in the App Store, but it won’t let me proceed, in any way, two steps into the process. I love Nintendo, but this is bad. App hasn’t worked for me since day 1.

    I like this app. It’s a fun little click once a day. I have a problem with the date on the widget not changing though… I’m still stuck on Friday May 2nd!

    This app is amazing, I love how I know when things are coming up and I’m super hyped for Nintendo switch too, it gives me details about everything I need from Mario to literally anything that Nintendo has to offer or to show. If your a Nintendo lover like me and the rest of us, I would suggest getting this app, also Nintendo if you read these, I would love to have totk music on Nintendo music. -you’re Nintendo fan!!!!!

    Was really hoping this app would keep me up to date on all the latest Nintendo news, and not require I find things out from twitter. Unfortunately that’s not the case. The app is cute, but it’s not providing any useful info or even the same info Nintendo posts on its social channels. Total waste and disappointment.

  • Perfect if it had calendar integration

    It fits so cutely on my Home Screen as a widget. It’s so cute and I love the animations. BUT! It’s mostly useless. I wish I could have my calendar events from Google calendar or Apple calendar appear on the event listing - that would make this functional for more than the handful of Nintendo news things I actually tune in for. Especially since most of the time the app just has “have a nice day” where events are listed anyway

    I’m a very long time nintendo fan and I still really like nintendo, but this app isn’t useful at all. The all video format isn’t useful for how people use their phones for this kind of information. The calendar animations were amusing for a few days but I had no reason to open the app. For actual nintendo news other forms of social media were more useful while i had it installed.
