    Triple charges you for the coins. I chose $14.99 charged $35. I chose $4.99 it charged $21. Only to watch the same amount of episodes.

    I paid for the subscription bc I thought by doing so it would allow you to watch full episodes. This couldn’t be further from the truth. You can still only watch a couple episodes then it wants more money so what is the point of the subscription bc you get nothing for it. My review stands you aren’t clear that the subscription doesn’t allow you to watch without paying more and more and more besides the subscription which gives you nothing. What your app is doing is wrong and 1 “movie” will end up being a hundred dollars or more. I’m not sure what fantasy world you live in but movies or even short movies do not cost over a hundred dollars to watch. And you are scamming people into thinking the subscription allows them to watch a full episode.

    I’ve repeatedly told you that I did not sign up for any subscription services you had but yet you continue to charge my card. I’ve emailed you numerous times to tell you this and it’s like you just ignore me. I’ve reported you to my card company as fraud and let the handle it from now on. All I’ve got to say to ppl who go through the IG or fb app to watch these adds, be careful what you click on or you’ll be “subscribed” to something you didn’t even know you had signed up for.

    The videos are great but you can only watch 1 clip a day if you don’t pay for the credits due to having to pay 99 coins a new episode. ReelShort is much more affordable. Also, you don’t have plans like other Reels apps. Other apps allow you to pay $20 a week for unlimited episodes. You only allow people to buy so many coins so you are going to lose people on this app.

    I payed $20 for 5,500 chips and they gave me 3,375 chips. Best part is that it doesn’t even cover the all episodes they charge 99 chips each episode. Such a rip off

  • Shows look interesting better apps out there

    I downloaded the app and was told how to get subscription instead of buying coins. I have other apps and you buys subscription you get full access to all videos for your entire subscription. I took the deal of monthly subscription instead DramaShorts for one month because says full access and because no where in their policy does it state limitations. I start watching, it asks me to buy coins after 10 episodes I think payment didn’t go through I contact support their response next morning is that you get 10 episodes when you purchase subscriptions then add 3 new episodes a day until subscription runs out. Waste of money there are much better apps out there that you can pay weekly subscription for and get actual full access to not false advertising like this app . Don’t waste time or money .

    There is no way to cancel your subscription. I was charged $75 in under 20 minutes. When I only agreed on 14.99. I want all my information removed, and subscription cancelled
