    This is very, very expensive. You can spend $60.00 in a couple of hours of reading. The more coins you buy the more the chapters cost. Don’t be fooled.

    I’m not one to write reviews, so me writing this as something. I got this app a while ago, and I enjoy the stories that come out of it. And I’m sure you will too — but unless you’re willing to spend 3 to 4 minutes between chapters just watching ads to unlock the next chap, then this app ain’t for you. I originally downloaded this app because I was curious as some of the stories that I saw on the ads, and I initially really enjoyed many of the stories that I read. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying the AlphaNovel Plus membership at first and it was great. There is a coin system in use with the app — you use these coins to unlock chapters. But along with the coins, you simply just had to wait an hour before the next chapter was unlocked, and with the Plus you could watch 1 ad that reduced the wait time in half (so let’s say if it was an hour you’d watch the ad and it would cut the time down to 30 minutes.) BUT THEN — bruh, they completed switched it up. You know HAVE to use coins to unlock chapters and or you now have to watch three ads in order to unlock the next. Don’t get me wrong, they have ways for you to gain coins for the FREE — but it requires sharing stories with friends. It’s not as fun or exciting going into the app anymore, frankly, it’s quite daunting. I’m trying to paper through it because I have about 6-7 different stories I was reading but now I’ve given up on a lot of them because the coins required to unlock some chapters are HIGH. I hope they seriously bring back the 1 hr wait time

    I downloaded the app because after the first few chapters were free you can wait an hour to read the next I stopped reading for a while since I had my baby a year ago but now I can’t read any of my novels ☹️it usually tells me to come back when my novel are reading I wish I screenshot it

    I paid for a monthly subscription and they still asked me to pay for coins and I still have to do free stuff to reach chapters. What is it with? You guys not honoring us you charge us give me my money or tell me how to unlock them without having to pay.

    I loved this app when I first got it, chapters would unlock after an hour. It was totally free except the last 10-20 chapters (depending on the book). Which gave you plenty of time to save up the coins from daily rewards & reading rewards. But since the new update there are 3 ads you must watch in between chapters. Which would be fine if they didn’t limit to only 5 chapters per day per book. I get these authors need to get paid and right fully so because a lot of these books are really good & beautifully written. Yes there is some grammatical & spelling errors but not as many as on other apps. I just wish they didn’t limit the chapter’s to 5 a day, I mean why limit it just run the ads all the way through the book. There has to be a better way, hopefully they will have it figured out by the time the next update come out.
