    This app is truly amazing. The only reason I’d only give 4 stars is because even without paying for the extras waiting almost a whole day to only get to reply to 3 letters with little to no response on your own letters is kinda annoying.

    I did not authorize this purchase that was put on my account. I canceled my subscription before my trial period was up. I am very upset that I was charged. I need the money to feed my kids. I’m going through a divorce and I am their only support. I need my money back. I did not authorize the purchase. Beware of this app fraudulent charging you. I canceled before the time was up. This app is not worth it. Do not use.

    i loved this app and it was my safe place to vent in private, but now it’s subscription based when everything used to be free :(( money ruined this app and now i barely use it cause it’s not the same. you shouldn’t have to pay for this app!

    I’d really like to know what the point of the app is when you give people the option to react instead of actually writing a response. I’ve submitted multiple letters now and haven’t received a single typed word back. Why is this even an option? I am not going to sit and write to all these people when majority of the time I don’t get a response myself! I also think it’s a huge oversight that you don’t have the option to lock this app. Deleting

    This app has helped me deeply. It has allowed me to vent in a way I never could with people I know. It has allowed me to be a better writer and develop my skills in expression of how I feel. It’s also invigorating yet heartbreaking at times to see how people struggle or succeed in their lives. I would highly recommend anyone try this that you give it a shot. Although I don’t think it works to alleviate your actual issues, there is always solace to be found in sharing your troubles with an empathetic stranger.

    Chose not to pay for the subscription on my phone and now my phone won’t let me download any apps period until I choose to pay the 36 dollars I don’t want to pay

    So far, I’ve had great experiences with the app. Most people are quite nice, and if you don’t know how to respond you can swap letters. It’s simple but sweet. I then considered buying premium, but realized it was 7.99 a WEEK after 3 day trial. If it was a month, maybe I’d consider (arguably still pricey for me, but understandable in this day and age), but weekly is out of the question. It’s so overpriced, it makes me wonder if the creators are hoping people misread it as monthly. This should absolutely be changed. I’d be very willing to support you, since you have a good community/idea, but not with such an unreasonable price tag. Still rating 5 stars because it’s usable without premium.
