    This app is amazing anytime I’m feeling down for upset and ask for advice to help someone always gives me advice, when I ask questions I get the answers I was looking for would so recommend this app if your struggling or need anwsers it will help!!!!

    Ive loved this app for awhile now, and I know you need to make profit, but having to pay to respond to more three letters? That’s just ridiculous. This app is about helping people and getting help, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to do so. I put up with the ridiculous amount of ads, I put up with the having to pay to respond to peoples letters—which is ridiculous as well by the way—but paying to respond to more letters? That’s just wrong. I do hope you’d consider changing this, because you’ve just lost a user—and most likely a lot of others—from this decision. Please do right by the people who use and love your app.

    This app used to be wonderful with amazing features, but now they charge for everything even for emoji reactions??? I can get putting ads on here, but they charge for every feature writing and reading!!!

    Let me start off with thee positive, This is a great app when you just need to get things off your chest. That being said you can’t really do much unless you do a subscription. A 90$ yearly subscription, with only a 3 day trial period. Without that You can right one letter every 12hrs, you can’t delete a letter, you have a low chance of anyone responding to your letter, and you can only read or respond to 3 letters every 24hrs. This app has such a great concept but without the subscription its execution is very poor. Not everyone can afford 7.99 weekly/89.99 yearly

    Yall are charging us to talk.. it shouldn’t be more than $5 a month. You’re charging more than a Netflix subscription a month. NOT COOL.

  • Why can’t we edit?

    Upset because if you fat finger the submit button while still writing a response it sends it and you cannot edit your response in any way. I’ve sent a very incomplete response and upset I can’t edit it to answer the journal post. This inability to edit or respond again to the letter writer, hurts both the letter writer and the responder. So if you’re using the app, be extra careful typing if you care about grammar, edits, etc. as you literally get just one chance! It’s a text based app and not having this as a feature does not inspire me to pay for more letters to respond to even though I am otherwise inclined to subscribe.
