  • Not Convenient to Use

Can this app be used from a watch vs the iPhone? Apple now has watch batteries that last two or three days before needing charging.

Overall amazing app that is hard to imagine being free. The amount of options that can be tweaked is great and the operation, interface, and layout is easy to use, intuitive, and appealing. I have run it with all 3 capture modes (samples or full audio, and low to high sound quality) and found all to produce helpful data; space isn’t a concern for me so I run Full captures and Standard audio quality as I like to hear my tossing and turning. I do think something has changed recently with the logic as I have a new anti-snoring mouthguard that so far (fingers crossed) is working perfectly, yet my snore scores are 24, 26, and 22 despite ZERO snoring! (I review each recording in full) - it seems to pick up the rustling of my sheets and other bed noises as “snoring” and give me poor scores when in reality I am not snoring at all! I think earlier versions of the app were more accurate so perhaps the dev team needs to tweak a few things? Overall great app that I’d easily pay $10-$20 for and is great for helping diagnose snoring and sleeping related issues.

Hello, I am a real person and this is an honest review. My ex wife was always pushing me as I slept to make me move so I would stop snoring. It would piss me off. One day she said she would start sleeping in the other bedroom. It hurt my feelings. Because I didn’t believe or accept that I snored that bad. I have been using Snore Lab for a little over a week and I am shocked by how much I snore and what an Epic snorer I am. I will text her right after this to apologize. We are still friends and I owe her that much. I’m still new to the app and learning where things are and how to use them but the color graph of my levels of snoring has been enough to show me I need help. I am pleased with what the app has shown me and the little improvements I have made has helped me to get a decent nights sleep. Today was the first time, in quite some time, that I woke up feeling rested thanks to the app. I encourage you to give the app a try. If you do, tell them Mark sent you. Regards!

When I looked at the results of the 1st night, I immediately listened to a few of the clips. I was shocked at the sounds I was making. No wonder my wife wanted me to sleep in another room.

I love this SnoreLab app! It is so easy to use and it really shows how much I have been snoring. Major epic snores! It has assisted me in being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea after having a home sleep study done, and in getting a mouth guard fitted by my Dentist. The mouth guard is helping me to have zero “epic” snores and fewer “loud” snores. I really like being able to see and hear the different levels of snoring being done. I highly recommend using SnoreLab and SnoreGym which shows you how to do mouth exercises to also help to diminish snoring.
  • Not enough time to check it out, too expensive to buy

There are multiple snore apps and this is the first one I tried. The free period of 3 days straight wasn’t long enough for me to figure out if I like it or not. It takes at least 2 uses just to figure out the optimal place for placement in the bedroom. The free version means you can only use it every other night, which isn’t very helpful. I’d be willing to give this app another try, but the free period is way too short and $7.99 a month charge is entirely too high! I suggest you cut the statistical or tracking features to the free version and still allow use every night.

App is outstanding. I’ve been using it for years. Only one issue has occurred during that time and the developers fixed it quickly.

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and last week, the recordings just stopped working. I wake up every morning and now it plays back with some random high pitched noise and barely has any samples recorded. Help!
