Most news are a day late
  • Not the paper I remember

I subscribe to the Express to keep up with local news, but many times the stories are stale and remain the only stories for a week or more. A daily paper needs to print daily stories. San Antonio has a lot going on that’s not reported. I have to read The Report or the Business Journal to get the news in SA. Being run out of houston is not a good thing for us.

    I like the improvements.
  • Not up to date.

I understand that now that the hard copies of the papers are printed in Houston that there would be a lag. However I would expect the online version to be more up to date than it is.

I cannot sign in to app. The page never loads to allow me to login.
  • Get to the middle

The express news needs to get to the center and report the news and let people read it all and make their own decisions. I won’t hold my breath.

Have had lots of trouble signing in. Sometimes it works. Mostly not. Love the SA Express News. Especially the Opinion section. Miss the full page of stories from journalists A LOT! Thank you.
  • Getting worse

This app is getting worse all the time. It’s never been very good but every time there’s been changes, it gets worse.
  • Terrible App

The new version of the Express-News is terrible. It constantly flips back to the page where it has to reload, again and again. The reader must constantly deal with an advertising pop-up every time a reload occurs. The pages themselves do not smoothly expand, sending you off to another page of advertisements, which again you must dismiss in order to get back to where you were. With this marked decline from the paper’s prior app, these features make this a newspaper not worth reading.
  • Online Edition connections

The Express-News newspaper and online editions provide news we want and need. However, it is increasingly frustrating how difficult it is to connect to the online subscription and having to repeatedly sun-in after clicking on your link. Please improve your system. That does not occur with other news sites.
