  • My kid free resetting the time and now it’s six hours or two or three. I hate this and it’s stupid.

Earlier I left a review about unfixed bugs and poorly handled game mechanics on an event. But then they posted through game updates a five day extension on their event which I personally was only three tasks away from finishing when I fell asleep and the alarm didn’t go off, they cruelly added five days, but reset everyone back to the beginning. I mean seriously it took over 13 days to do this entire tasks that of about 100 different tasks and here you are trying to give a carrot but you’re saying oh I see you accomplished all that but go back to the beginning and you have five more days. No no no. This is shameless. Any developer of a game with his name in salt would know that if you extend time you do not reset people back to the beginning you set them back to where they were when you made them exit the event. Apparently EA does not know how to do this and this was reported on Friday morning and not anyone from EA has gotten back to me with information on this bug, which is affecting according to Reddit, many people and based on that sample, I can only assume a majority of people who did not finish in time are now experiencing this so it is a bug that is making your game look like a black smirch on your company. I would not in any way shape or form recommend this game and I would advise anyone to not just not download it but if they have downloaded, Delete it from their system!
  • Customization is limited

We need more options in build mode (and it not be something earned in a quest that I have to PAY for!) i swear half the time my houses look so closed off and ugly because I can’t do half walls and can’t do things like porches and put my houses on a foundation. Not only this but I can’t put my female sims in masculine clothing and vice versa, let my sims slay! (And please…. We need more body diversity in the customization, let them be buff, fit, slim, plus sized, or somewhere in between because it limits storytelling which is what the sims is supposed to cater to)
  • Good but there’s a bug

I love this game but I came to review it to report a bug with the a bumpy ride discovery quest, because whenever I try to call the doctor it doesn’t tell me how long it’ll take and my sim won’t do it. Other than that problem I love the game

OK look my mom has the actual Sims and it’s not fair because I don’t have a computer because I’m nine and she has to make little kids and actually decorate her house but not us. We can only make one outfit but she gets to make an outfit for every occasion, we can make a boy or a girl it’s an adult can’t even make pets so not fair cause we deserve better just because we kids doesn’t mean we can’t have a real game the game literally telling us what to do and it won’t even let us do our own stuff like we have to unlock different furniture, different rooms Like is literally like being in school I mean, I love school. Don’t get me wrong, but you’re always told what to do like it’s just annoying. Don’t get the game.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤬😡🤬🤬😡

  • Waste of time

Been playing for years and I’m fed up, not that EA cares. Had a bug during the last event where a purchased boost pack wasn’t showing, asked for help and apparently the policy is that even if you have all the emails and receipts, mobile device screenshots are void so good luck. Go find a friend with a desktop. You’d think that looking up purchase history would be something EA could do themselves. Eventually the boost showed with an apology about it being a known bug (really!), but the notice said those affected would get LP as an apology, which I never received. Having 13-day events with no time extension even after their blunder is a pain, because even if you miss the deadline by one second, you wasted 13 days for nothing. The inflation in this game is ridiculous. Sometimes it’s not even worth unlocking prizes in events because after you use your first free item, you find that duplicates cost 700,000 simoleons or a ridiculous amount of SP/ LP. Items from years ago only cost in the tens of thousands of simoleons. For all the money I’m sure players are spending on thus game, the music and sound glitch a lot, to the point where I have the volume down all the time. True, spending money is optional in this game, but if you try any timed event, it’s impossible to complete anything without using a boost or points because the challenges require many sims and take hours to complete. If you have the time, good for you. It’s just not realistic for everyone.
  • The other sims is better- this is impossible

First, since when does a small Christmas lantern cost $55k or a pool side towel costs $900+ which is more than some sim jobs make in a day. Some of the challenges are just impossible too. For the Christmas one, the last challenge I think I count a total of 20 hours needed with the longest being in the middle at 5+ hours, so depending when you start plan on being awake for 20+ hours to finish it in time or spend real $. Designing houses are expensive and hard to maneuver, so I would never spend real $ on this game like I do the other one. So basically play this game if you plan to spend real $, have no life, don’t need sleep, or just don’t care. Play the other if you want to enjoy a game.

I am trying to complete the “A Bump-y Ride” quest and i cannot because the next goal is to buy the clothes in the maternity store ( which i’ve built) but it says to buy with store credit.. when i go to the store it says i have $-1,211,866,724 and i literally cannot go any further in the quest.. i have tried everything to fix it except start the whole game over which i do not want to do as i am invested time wise and monetarily in this one over years of playing!
