Description

If you are looking for an app to track deliveries on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch - Parcel is the best choice for you. With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, LaserShip, Aramex, OnTrac, China Post, Amazon Logistics and many other carriers. Full list of supported carriers is available at: https://parcel.app With our unique carrier recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, you can use a barcode scanner which is available right in the app. Amazon integration in Parcel allows you to get your packages added automatically from your Amazon account. Once an order is shipped, it will appear in Parcel. This is done in a secure and privacy-friendly way with your credentials never leaving the device. You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access (web.parcelapp.net) - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store. Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use its widgets to see your upcoming deliveries and the share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app. Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings). Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is $4.99 per year, and may vary from country to country. Parcel's privacy policy, as well as subscription terms are available at https://parcel.app/privacy-with-terms.html.

  • Slow to update delivery status

It feels like the back-end that polls services updates less frequently than before. For instance, a USPS package delivered an hour ago according to the USPS website still shows ‘out for delivery’. Update: thanks for the dev response. I know the backend is polling so you don’t get throttled but that is your business decision. How about giving the option of the app checking directly? There’s no reason a client app couldn’t poll if it has background permissions, or upon invocation/refresh. Really do appreciate the response. Thank you
  • (Paid version) Cannot add Amazon orders to cue

(Paid version) Cannot add Amazon orders to list in order to keep an eye on full cue. Weird it pulled old already delivered Amazon orders but not new ones. (Random bugs/glitches). Can’t the app just sync/match up the manually added order number and then when delivery status changes have it update? This was possible on Junecloud. *Amazon syncing is random and slow. Even with pull down to refresh, it doesn’t sync sometimes. Unreliable for important alerts. Crucial for TIMELY “out for delivery” status. *Please include “ARCHIVE” option for choosing when/which deliveries are actually received and then to decide when to file away. *Please include “PLACEHOLDER” entries for purchases that don’t have tracking yet. *Please include more fields such as “NOTES”. *Please include “URL” field for online orders.

And the subscription is dirt cheap too! Get this if you buy lots of packages. I would love a feature to archive deliveries, however.

If you have a complaint about this app, you're lying. It's smooth, incredibly easy, updates fast, and even has Amazon support for auto-tracking. It's the perfect package app.

I was a happy Parcel user for years until one day I needed to cancel my ad-free pro subscription. The app reverted to its free version and now when I try to load a tracking number it gives the "3 deliveries only in free version" - so I deleted every old tracking number and nothing is listed yet when I try to add a number I get the "3 tracking number limit" message still. Edit: I had to "log out" in the app in order to add a new delivery.
  • Can’t fully test before buying

I get the need for premium features but would love to actually be able to try out and test those features before just jumping in to the purchase. The entire point of the app (other than the most basic “tracking” feature) is to get a notification once the delivery has been completed, so that you don’t need to constantly be checking like you would be otherwise. Putting the push notifications behind the premium subscription wall will severely limit the amount of users you convert to customers. I would have been happy to actually sign up and pay if I saw it functioned the way I need it to but now there is no way to know without first spending the money and just HOPING that it will work. Happy to update my review and change the rating once this can be addressed and the full functionality can be tested, even for a short period, before having to purchase.

Great app for tracking incoming and outgoing packages and mail by most carriers.

I had a different package tracker but the developer didn't keep up and it got harder and harder to use. This one has worked great for quite a long time and I am very happy with it. It can do all of the carriers I use, including Amazon.
  • It’s the visualization.

Parcel has extraordinary visuals that show the movement of shipments on a map. These are quite entertaining to look at, and informative about what’s happening to your parcels. This, and the tracking of multiple items on one screen make Parcel superior to using a courier service’s website.
