    How can you ban someone from a app without talking to them to see your side. All dating apps should have women show a full picture of themselves not just a face picture. A woman showed pictures of herself as fit and beautiful and when I went to meet her she was over 300 pounds so I turned at and left. She reported me for that and I was banned. Women aren’t the only people that get scammed or lied to on these apps. I would like for Match to PLEASE reinstate my account. Thanks

    I have signed up almost one year. I went to one bad date and I paid for our dinner. He was no gentleman. All are too old looking and not fit.l So disappointed. No more renewal.

    The app worked for a few days, I get emails with matches, and can't open the app to reply. It's says it's not you it's us. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've been back and forth with customer service which keeps asking the same questions over and over again with no resolve. They fixed it once it worked for a day then back to the same thing. Not sure what the issue is but it's so frustrating. I've left people hanging and had some unfinished conversations that I feel awful about since they might think I just ghosted them. Ridiculous.

    I paid $170 for 6 months. Members can’t respond to my message unless they pay too. Small pool of users. Same faces as on other apps. I am not allowed to use filters such only looking for serious members after paying all that money. My only perk is seeing who likes me and I’m not interested in. People who I don’t want to have to look through who smoke or want kids that are deal breakers already. I also paid for Bumble and for Hinge. My favorite is actually Facebook as a woman. I also paid Tinder and had 1000 likes I didn’t like-hook up types. The one good thing is you can video chat. I have not tried it. I have it off as you can’t filter who tries to chat you unless you pay more than the $170 I paid. I also paid $89 for Veggly. All this, and still single. This particle app wants to keep me single to pay next time but I’m not going to.

    I created a new account and subscribed for 3 months trying to find a serious relationship. I immediately got banned after setting up my profile and adding 3 self-pic photos that showed “pending”. I wasn’t given any warning or told what I violated. I submitted a ban appeal and got my account reenabled after 3 days. Then I logged back in, and my photos were removed. I attempted uploading 3 profile photos again that showed “pending” and got banned again for no legitimate reason. I didn’t even finish setting up my profile when I was banned. This company is a SCAM! Save your money!

    In both form and function this is a poor dating app. It crashes often, requiring deleting and reinstalling. Even in the ‘premium’ version they bombard you with ads- their own - as if that were less annoying. You can see who has liked you in a tiny circle in a long line of tiny circles so checking them out is tedious and usually not worth doing. The app’s layout and functions are cumbersome. Their “dating help and advice” is lame and they stick a name with a face on it to make you think a real person had a hand in your ‘match’. They’ll suggest you check out this person because ‘he also values honesty just like you’ but ignore your “dealbreakers”. They prompt and prod you like a teacher for kindergartners revealing what they think of their customers. Outdated, ill-functioning, and pretending-not a match. Tinder is better, so you know how bad this is.

    I’ve lost access to MatchGroup sites about 10 times in the past month. My account is in good standing. Their Level 1 is no help. Now support refuses to be of help and they won’t refund my $. Now I know why they don’t have a customer service (or lack thereof) number to call!!!

    As soon as i created the account they blocked it with no notice and no my profile wasn’t bad in any way. Same profile ive used for many dating apps before.

    This app is a joke, no matches, no engagement, no one looking at my profile, don’t waste your money on the premium because it doesn’t work. I am very good looking, and I have amazing pictures, and I’m a real catch. This app is broken and stupid. Don’t pay for it.
