    First they indicate subscribers are 50 & above but I’ve found several in their 40’s. Customer service is a joke as you can’t communicate by email or phone but are given several headings to choose from that are irrelevant to your need. They ask you to reference FAQ but don’t indicate where to find it. Maybe Silver Singles!?

    Made an account at night and woke up to being banned in the morning for seemingly no reason. Once I submitted a complaint via email, I got a reply from them doubling down and then not telling me the reason why. App seemed fun and really good but unfortunately I never had a chance to use it.

    I can’t find someone in my area if potential matches are mostly out of the state and out of the country. I told OurTime I want a refund for being charged for a misleading product. I was told to contact Apple. I told Apple why I want a refund. Never heard back. I feel scammed.

    I made an account and started swiping after completing my profile. I purchased the weekly subscription and was banned in less than an hour for literally nothing? Stole my time and money and I have no sugar momma still🥺

    I do not recommend this dating app. It is very difficult to make an account. It says I was banned from previous account when I never even made one first time using the app and I am very displeased if I could leave a zero star review I would this is a very bad dating app

  • Horrible customer service!!

    I had an account a few years ago, and wanted to get started again. While I was editing the profile, I was locked out. No explanation, just locked out and account suspended. Tried to contact customer service, who were useless. They asked me questions that I would only know if I could get into the account. You locked me out, you get that information. Not worth the effort or money!!!

    I would not even give this app 1 star.. I signed up went to go take a shower came back thinking I would scroll through the app check it out. But they said my account was blocked, and if I thought it was a mistake contact them. So I did they said I had to file appeal I said I would just like it if you would delete my account since you refuse to explain what I did to get banned. I had literally just signed up. I get rude response saying I had to file an appeal and this is closed and no further discussion will be had. So as of right now I can’t get in to delete anything and they have not answered my appeal either.. Rude Horrible Customer Service. I would not waist my time giving my money to them.
