Can’t access the app. I am acceding from my safari

Was charged twice even though I canceled auto renewed. Zero profiles showing from my filtered search criteria. Showing profiles out of my radius and filter preferences. Also after membership ends your inbox gets full, even though you get none while a member

This app is literally one of the worse dating apps I’ve ever downloaded. I paid $130 for THREE months, that’s almost $45 per month for stuff that normal apps give you for free like seeing who likes you. Forget if you want any privacy settings or to narrow your search to the state you live in because you have to pay more for that. I used this app everyday for over a month and had absolutely no luck and no extra benefits even though I paid for it. Absolutely pathetic, I wish I could give zero stars, but at least my hope my review saves others from this horrible app.

A lot of scammers. I keep getting matched with guys that don’t fit my profile/style. I “like” others and even send messages and never hear back. I’m well educated, successful, physically fit and attractive for my age and there just don’t seem to be a lot of options. Even the curated pick never got back to me.

They love banning your account, including paid accounts. AVOID THIS SCAMMY APP!!!!!

Disappointed have not been able to get assistance. I have asked for a refund. They have no customer service at all.

As if online dating weren’t stressful enough, the profile setup experience on Match, unironically doesn’t give you the option to go back. So as you’re thinking about if it’s really wise, to post the ways that you actually want a loved one to do when you’re upset (reinforce the connection to mollify your fear of abandonment) when a terrible realization strikes you. Yes, you love beer, but if you put is as a major interest in your profile you are going to match with hordes of emotionally immature man-children, so you look for the back button, and you realize there is no going back. Somewhat disturbed I rush to the end of the profile, hoping to start the editing in earnest. In this world where technology so frequently makes us feel more empowered, like we have access to all of the information and means to express ourselves that anyone could possibly want, the match app simply asked me over and over again about how I found their app, my age, my height, my body type, and educational background, whenever I tried to edit anything about my profile, or even try to add pictures. It was at this point that I came to accept that, just like my first love and the intense innocent feelings that went along with it, my opportunity to have a profile on Match.com that reflects the best of me is gone, lost to time. So, now I have 2 profiles on Match.com: one that is most well done halfway through, and one with a few mistakes in the questions, and none with a single picture of me, but they say that love is blind. I lost conversations when I downloaded the app. I’m really disappointed.

This app is fine but I’m sick of the app automatically matching me with people. And it keeps matching me to people who “look like me” which is annoying. Stop the algorithm from ASSUMING. PLEASE REMOVE THIS GLITCH.
