this app has been moderately bad since i started using it 2 years ago but lately it’s not been working correctly. it’s glitchy and i don’t get notifications. it’ll not feed or feed twice and not even log any of it. sounds like they just kick this app to the curb hoping we’ll all buy a newer feeder because my friend has a slightly newer device that uses the regular petlibro app and it’s way better than this junk. mind you, i have a camera auto feeder that was over $100. it’s shameful to have such a terrible app that is not updated regularly. our pets rely on this app functioning properly. it’s not okay.

The app is broken. Modifying feeding schedules is impossible. Makes petlibros overpriced products even less worth the purchase.

Was working fine until it got disconnected. Now the app can’t find my device to reconnect, which was always a painful process anyway.

We were loving our feeder up until very recently. I’m unable to change the schedule without deleting the app completely and reinstalling. And then I have difficulties getting the machine to attach to the app. Please update this app so it works appropriately.

The feeder was great for years, then the app deleted the automated schedule while we were on vacation. This could have caused serious injury to our animal and we’re absolutely furious thinking of the possibilities.

Setting up feedings was really difficult. The instructions provided are terrible. And the app is super buggy. I had to pause scheduled feedings for several days and now I’m u able to turn them back on, edit them or add new ones, which renders this feeder completely useless. I tried uninstalling the app and that did nothing.

I need to modify my pets feeding schedule and I’m unable to make edits. I’ve bought two other devices on their new app 6 months after getting the one that used this. Visually and functionally they’re identical. But if you bought hardware at the wrong time, you’ve been fully abandoned.

Got the feeder with the camera and app a year ago. It had been working great with no issues, but since we’ve moved the feeder/app will not connect to the wifi no matter what I’ve tried. I’m so frustrated and don’t understand what went wrong.

I love this feeder. Even purchased a second one but could not get the app to recognize it. Had to return. Now trying to change schedule and app won’t work as supposed to anymore. What happened!!!! Fix it please???

Make me a simple feeder that doesn’t need literally every permission to function
