    I love my fountains. Please add the water level indicators to the left side of the reservoir. It is inconvenient and I have to turn it, because I can’t remember where they are.

    We have 9 cats. 2 dockstream smart fountains (black), each fountain can only sync up to 5 cats. We would love to be able to track all of our cats, on both of our fountains. It would give us a reason to buy the tags that are associated with tracking on Petlibro devices. We also are upset that we can only have one person logged into the app at a time. When attempting login on another device, it kicks us off of the other device & sign us out. It would be nice to be able to track the fountain needs from 2 separate phones while logged into the same account. Again. Minor inconveniences, but improvements to be made for sure. We are new to Petlibro, but so far, our cats have been loving your fountains! 9 cats have your approval. The fountains work very well, they are easy to maintain, disassemble, & clean. They are also very easy to refill. The fountains run very quietly, & we are happy with their design & aesthetic. Overall accuracy of the app, & recording of water intake has seemed to be very accurate from what we can tell. We are very happy with your products. We are leaving you with a 5 Star review with hopes that you improve upon your products & apps in the ways listed above! We would be happy to update/ upgrade later when that time comes! Thank you for providing fountains that our 9 cats love!

    i’m 3 weeks in and the user interface isn’t optimal. it is clunky and inconvenient to adjust the feeding schedule and to freely open/close on command. also- 4 compartments would have spared much headache. there’s gotta be a better feeder.

    Device won’t connect. Why can’t I freaking just program a cat feeder / Bluetooth, WiFi and it can’t initiate. Waste of time.

  • Stopped working

    Edit: spoke with a different person, who figured out my feeder was not working properly he was nice and got a replacement sent out quickly, sent me order number and tracking numbers just got the replacement. got notification that my feeder disconnected, the full unit won’t even connect or register, just rest successful but cant move forward and the customer service rep was not helpful just said well we did all our troubleshooting.

  • Camera Issues

    The camera was working fine for months until recently I get a “failed to load with network exception” message where the live camera feed is at. I was out of state for work so couldn’t take care of it in the meantime. Now that I’m back I have reset the device and the camera worked for 2 days before going out again with the message returning.

  • Becoming ad infested

    This app does a great job of displaying information on the feeder and water bowl we purchased. It also makes controlling those devices pretty easy. So a couple of stars there. Unfortunately every time I open it these days there using their app to try and push some new subscription or additional purchase. It’s making the app obnoxious. As a result I’m no longer a big fan of their products. If I ever need to replace I’ll go somewhere else.

    I just wanted to provide this feedback- overall, it’s a great app. It could be better if I was able to delete all notifications at once. I currently have 1,800 unread notifications and I can only delete them 20 at a time.

  • Fix last update

    Whatever they did with the last update completely messed up my feeder and fountain. The app no longer tells me or notifies me when either is low on water or food like it used to. I am hoping that the developers will push out another update to fix this because I have been reading other people have tried re adding their devices and it has not been reading their water or food levels correctly. So that has not been a fix.

    The app works and has the features and functions I expected. However, the interface is quite clumsy and poorly designed. It feels like it’s running through some sort of comparability layer, like Xamarin or Cordova
