    April 1, 2025 8:42am CST Currently been on hold awaiting customer service for an 1 hour 18 minutes. Hands-down the worst customer service ever. Do not purchase this app. If you have trouble, you will never get any answers.
  • BEWARE OF CALLS DROPPING

    This app has nothing but issues! From caller ID not working, to call history and text messages not showing up/updating, to now every single phone call gets disconnected after 1 min. without fail! I am currently in the process of porting my number to another carrier and actually having a separate phone because I literally have lost business customers due to calls constantly getting dropped. I am absolutely convinced that the positive reviews this app has are not legitimate.

    I’ve got a “message”, indicated by the red message indicator, but I’ve been through every option in the app, selected everything I can select, but it won’t go away. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, still, same issue. Tech support wasn’t helpful. So I’m chalking this one up to “bad code” or “bad tech support”.

    It used to be okay. For $5 a month it was pretty good. After the “upgrades” and price increases, it’s gotten steadily worse. I’ve had more than half of my calls drop in last couple of weeks. I’m hard pressed to think of an app that functions worse.

    I have used this app for my primary business line since GoDaddy decided to switch from their previous platform. Despite my countless complaints about the app, the primary complaint is that it will not connect with the customer upon answering. The reason I chose to leave this review is that I am on day 3 of having 100% of my calls dropped. Every single one gets disconnected. How can anyone run a business like this? Terrible “upgrade”. In response to the developer comment, I have contacted your team more times than I can count. First I need to sit on hold for up to an hour just to Reach someone. Then when I reach someone, I have to go through all of the exact same steps I go through everytime I call. I typically am on the phone with your team so long that I have to disconnect because I can't spend 2-3 hours doing the exact same steps I do every time, which clearly DOESNT work. Your team clearly doesn't have any desire to solve this issue or to create a reliable app. They are more than welcome to contact me directly if you have any questions but I won't be wasting any more time on hold just to get the same response and no action.

    I’ve used the app for five years and recently it crashed in every phone call to where it’s not usable. Some phone calls don’t even come through and you look and have a missed call with a message. Very frustrated with the recent lack of updates and fixes.

    We’ve been a longtime subscriber to SmartLine. This new app update has brought nothing but problems and confusion to our business line. Always logs out, dials our redirect number instead of calling missed calls back, constantly having to delete and re download the app so it works. Will be canceling this service very soon.
