    Many business owners need to be aware of the fraud in GoDaddy… Once I started using this service which requires a business bank account to make deposits, someone tried to withdrew money from my business banking account. I have been in business for over 10 years and nothing like this has ever happened!! I found out that the problem is that GoDaddy contracts people to answer their customer service overseas. I can tell by their accents that they are not Americans. When I ask them which country they are from they tell me they can’t tell me this because of company policy. Since these people are contract workers they are probably not screened and not concerned about being arrested. So I am drawing the conclusion that’s where the fraud starts. Sadly when I reported this to GoDaddy’s upper management, they don’t care and pretended there is a case assigned to it. When I call them back for the case number they tell me the case number doesn’t exist. I have many services with GoDaddy and my business grew with using many of their services. I migrated many of my business services to GoDaddy despite the fact their fees are higher. You would figure they would treat me better for customer loyalty. Unfortunately GoDaddy will treat you like a step-child. I am slowly going to migrate my business services out from GoDaddy because of poor management.

    I absolutely love this app! It’s user-friendly, efficient, and makes managing payments a breeze. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the tip section in the customer signature area. The option to leave a tip is currently too small and not very apparent, so most customers default to selecting “no tip” unintentionally. I’d recommend making the tip section more visible and intuitive so customers are aware of the option. This small improvement would make a huge difference for businesses relying on tips. Keep up the great work, GoDaddy team!

    I have transactions from my customers and they put a hold. I provide them all verification. After reviewing they say high risk work with me. Ok. But they charge me fee $198 for 3 transactions total of $6k. They close my account and refund money back. But they charge fee from me $198. Are you kidding me?! Now I go my bank and cancel transactions.

    Honestly in the beginning I loved this service. Being able to create a pay link to receive payment had become my method of choice being that my assumption was that GoDaddy gets its cut off the top and then sends my portion directly to my account. However the truth is much more sinister. The platform will take its cut immediately but force you to show all of your banking transactions & info for the last 3 months to “help” with a payment dispute that never happened. It’s just dishonest to blatantly lie to your customers and label it help or safety. I do not use the paylink for help or safety. I expect them to make money off of taking payments and send me my portion directly. Somehow they are hold my money for work I did and refuse to deposit it without seeing my banking information I’m not comfortable sharing. Update John from the team is awesome and helped me understand at a personal level. I recommend calling instead of using the chat. Talk to a rep who understands
  • Still can’t send emails from app after April

    Have had GoDaddy for5 years now and just this past April after an app update I cannot send emails from the connections . It says it does not support small screens. Same thing on my iPad. I can send emails from my pc. But I am rarely home. So I have had a decline in sales this year. Majorly ! After about 10 calls with reps and way more contact through the text help and chat online. I recently called in one last time to see if they would maybe FIX THIS ISSUE. I was told after a bit by the tech that “He was Suprised that I Even used the app” Well he told me just go back to the Pc because not enough People used it so they weren’t going to support email Anymore. Bye Go daddy!
