    Longtime Sonos owner. Used to rock and app was rock solid but no longer. Often loses track of speakers and can’t play music to others. Will no longer buy Sonos products going forward.

    App is terrible. speakers incredible. But you can’t hear the incredible speakers constantly because sr of the app. Switch it back. Trying very hard not to use fowl language.

    This new app is so terrible. We are fully invested in Sonos products and attempts to make the app better while admirable are still very insufficient. It often has a hard time sinking up and has such a lag. Sonos, please fix this.

    I’ve spent thousands of dollars on sonos equipment and never missed a chance to tell people how awesome it was. Never again. After having $800 worth of equipment being bricked because of software issues and the app working 20% of the time, I’m done

    How is there no fix yet? What are you even working on over there? I don’t need Sirius XM display art. Fix your product! It works about 10% of the time. I still don’t understand why you can’t just relaunch your old app. How are you not taking this more seriously as you bleed users and the value of your company tanks.

    Just saw another review that is having the same experience I am. Sonos used to be a pioneer and leader with their app following that pursuit, but for some reason they’ve gone down a path with their app that is close to making me consider a different company for future speakers and experience. I have been a customer for nearly a decade and they have seriously ruined the app. It’s unintuitive and does not work seamlessly. I continue to have connectivity issues with the app sometimes not even finding my Sonos system. When I’m outside and connected to WiFi it is an absolute pain to play music the connectivity is so glitchy. I’m not sure what your app devs have done, but you should put some serious consideration in revamping the app with prior functionality and connectivity. This is a complete drag…
