  • Terrible!

So disappointed. I’ve had Sonos for almost 2 years and it was halfway decent the first year, but the last year since they’ve been adding me so-called improvements it seems it is constantly disconnected and I have to reboot weekly. Stops playing at random.
  • Just keeps getting worse

This latest update lost my entire local library once again. Please keep an eye out for my speaker system on Marketplace. I’m done.

Differently not perfect, and often has some glitches. But nowhere near as bad as it was and still the company that does it best

Bring back Sonos 1 or just make Sonos 3 or something else. So slow and glitchy. Ugh
  • Newest app update is horrible

New Search function is horrible, cannot adjust treble and bass. Don't update if you haven't yet.
  • Half the time this app doesn’t work

If the app doesn’t work the speakers don’t work… big problem and it’s taken far too long to fix.
  • Completely Unusable

I love Sonos products and their style. I have two Play:Ones, an Arc and a Beam. They sound amazing. It’s just this app I can’t stand. I’m constantly getting connection errors, problems communicating with my devices, unable to airplay or push content. Basically everything the app sells you on. Granted I’m a power user who messes with his network, as a former admin and current techie this is my hobby and career, but never have I seen an app so blatantly failure prone. Is there no negative testing? Do you not expect folks to have network level ad blockers? Or any kind of reaction to tracking and fingerprinting? This app is trash. If I had any other option to manage my devices, I would. If I didn’t like the sound quality from my tv, I’d ditch the whole ecosystem. But I’m stuck, so please, Sonos, please stop being so bad at this. You were once the king, then you let some really bad decisions leak through and had some horrible leadership on your PM side. Fix it. Please.
  • Great concept, terrible app

The idea of having multiple speakers throughout the home that you can stream to is a great concept. I went with Sonos because of this and the sound quality. After spending a lot of money on many speakers, soundbars and subs, I can’t begin to describe how frustrating it is to have an app that doesn’t respond. Want to pause a song in your living room? Good luck. Want to adjust the volume using the app? Yeah, that would be nice right? Want to skip a song? Forget about it. The app is ridiculously slow, doesn’t detect content being payed most of the time, and volume controls are beyond laggy. Always keep the app up to date and hope for a fix. Guess I’ll just keep on hoping..

Why is WiFi 7 not supported? After we updated the system is unstable at best. Just garbage for the amount of money paid!
