I like having the pictures to reinforce new vocabulary and that they review what has been learning previously. I do have one issue. There are some pictures that are confusing. It seems that they used to show a dialogue bubble when a person was speaking, but now they don't seem to. Sometimes, even though I know how to conjugate Spanish verbs, I miss questions because I didn't know it the question meant the person was speaking or being spoken about. Then you have to go back and redo the section which can be annoying.
  • Good Language System

The Mac app paired with the companion app for the iPhone provide a flexible, useful, and easy to use language learning system. Thankfully, it steers clear of the gamification schtick.

  • Too much recording

I used to have the older Rosetta stone that had the 5 disks. It was more in depth and didn't only test your speech, but also your spelling, grammar etc. This does too much recording and grading on that.
  • Uses images to enhance learning.

Using images to learn a new language is the most natural way to learn a new language. While I use several sources to learn a new language, this is at the top of the list.
  • Love it!

I am enjoying the learning process and I see a great progress with dedication and desire to learn. No program will do well without your personal effort. Spending time practicing is key for sucess. I highly recomment this program.
