    CAUTION: IM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASES Lots of fun I would recommend, but watch what you pay for, because of the hiccups in the game I don’t think the purchases all go through. I’m still waiting on one. I will give it time. But I’m not going to hold my breath. They do like to make a lot of updates, but do a poor job of checking the whole thing out. Beta testers are what you need. Just made another purchased and received nothing. Sadly - I’m not shocked. UPDATE - fix your billing!!! Stop updating the Garbage on here until you get a good solid billing process. I hope you’re keeping track.

    If you play this game on an apple iPad, then DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE because SCOPELY WILL DEFRAUD YOU. The in game store claims to sell you items that they will not deliver. I contacted support and was told that the purchase needed to be made on the PC web store and they refused to deliver the items I purchased because I am using Apple iPad! This company should be banned by Apple for doing this kind of deception and fraud!

  • Not just bugs everywhere but no way to contact tech support…

    This game started off good but with every build more bugs and issues are added. They may (claimed) have fixed bugs but introduce more bugs. Now there is no way to contact tech support at this point (January 2025).There was at one point a way to contact support via a chat but now you are sent to a useless website that places you a loop to nowhere. I cannot recommend this game to anyone in this state. The only reason I give it one star is because it will not let me give zero stars. Follow up: With the last two updates I have done after an event called Alliance Tournaments I’ve lost currencies the first time was 15 million latinum, today I lost several currencies chaos modules and spacework circuits. Note these are not easy to come by. I got through to “tech support” on the first issue and was ignored. Yes a very generic form letter and then nothing to this very day. Now (March 31, 2025) as stated above two other currencies are missing. I reported what has happened and now await my generic form letter (as well as the same here).

    Need a patch for Internet stability getting disconnected every minute is a little bit monotonous or irritating makes you wanna delete the game

    Everything would be pleasant if the game wouldn’t be freezing every few minutes. I have to close the game and load it again. It is quite annoying and disturbing.

    Terrible designed game, devs do not know how to fix the games issues and would rather force more content down your throat. They also do not enforce their own terms of service unless you spend nothing in the game. I have reported these violations through the portal they say to and nothing happens. If you pay money, they will not punish you. They will not give you feedback on those reports due to “privacy” issues, and it’s their scapegoat for allowing their high spenders to continually harass and ruin the player’s experience. Great premise of a game ruined by developers and their management. The game used to be pay to progress, now it’s pay to play since they do not believe in balancing things nor making things fair for a majority of their players. *Update since the bot who responds to these clearly is not answering some of the issues. The terms of service I mean are account sharing, (which is outlined in the terms of service link), not RoE which was never mentioned, since the whales trade these whenever they leave the game. We sent in proof of the admiral of one alliance admitting to facilitating a few of these and they were never punished.
