    The game has had its ups and downs in terms of development quality. Right now it is pushing a lot of in-game sales, and those ads keep popping up and interfering with gameplay. It’s not a great experience.

    6 years playing STFC. This is a fantastic game. But Paramount Is providing Star Trek content rights to the worst possible online gaming developer ever created. $copley & Digit and a handful of other money grab bandits. This game is so broken and it gets worse every time $coley announces we are scheduling Maintenance. You need to brace yourself, First thing everyone in game says. Oh God they’re breaking stuff again. They add content all the time, they tell you all about how extremely wonderful the new contents going to be. When the release date comes no one in this game has any excitement we just pray that some parts of the release work correctly. Free To Play not so much. It will take you months-years to get the releases full content. But hey for $100.00 skip the wait buy-buy. Free or Buy none of it works ever, day one. $copley then issues notes that they are shutting the game down for yep maintenance again followed with we will be giving comp chests for your inconvenience or content lost do to the screw up. They don’t bother to fix the broken content of the past. They just add more content. They want the money so bad they over look what we all have said. Don’t release the new content until it’s tested and flawless. Paramount needs to re-evaluate their part in this. Star Trek is huge to this day. Yet Paramount partnered with the most incompetent clowns in the industry. Paramount Please divest yourselves of $copley/Digit. We are all accustom to paying for the content and will continue too. Just not to $copley. Let’s not forget these self proclaimed treky’s that clearly are not added out of the blue an even that everyone in the game could not believe TOTALLY non-Star Trek READY: Galaxy Quest, yes sir they sold everyone tons of packs of characters and a ship out of Galaxy Quest. WOW. Withdraw all of the wonderful Star Trek content from these failed abusers of the content. Don’t worry $copley you don’t have to do anything as usual This was sent to Paramount first with a very interesting responses good luck. Start packing

    I downloaded this game recently and just tried to open it, it would get stuck loading at 68% and give me an error message. When going to customer support, they took three days to answer and claimed they rolled out a fix. Big surprise, they didn't. My game still won't even open lol

    CAUTION: IM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASES Lots of fun I would recommend, but watch what you pay for, because of the hiccups in the game I don’t think the purchases all go through. I’m still waiting on one. I will give it time. But I’m not going to hold my breath. They do like to make a lot of updates, but do a poor job of checking the whole thing out. Beta testers are what you need. Just made another purchased and received nothing. Sadly - I’m not shocked. UPDATE - fix your billing!!! Stop updating the Garbage on here until you get a good solid billing process. I hope you’re keeping track. UPDATE to the UPDATE - if you use an IPad, u might as well delete the game - it just sits and updates.

    As a longtime player, I’ve watched with growing frustration as my server has been effectively taken over by a select group of high-spending players whose tactics are driving free-to-play (F2P) players to quit. This isn’t just about competitive imbalance—it’s a deliberate strategy to force a server merger by making the environment unplayable for the broader community. I’ve personally lost good, engaged players to this nonsense. What’s worse is that this same group appears to control multiple accounts, including both powerful mains and low-level alts used to infiltrate rival alliances. This second issue makes recruiting new members nearly impossible. You’re constantly second-guessing who you’re bringing in, knowing full well they could be feeding intel back to the same group that’s trying to monopolize the server. While Scopely’s Terms of Service may be robust in theory, they seem to turn a blind eye when it comes to enforcement. Multiple players have submitted tickets about these activities, and yet nothing changes. Allowing multiple accounts to operate within the same alliance—some clearly used for manipulation—is an abuse of the game’s mechanics and a violation of the spirit behind the TOS. I’m not asking Scopely to micromanage alliances, but their continued inaction erodes trust and damages the long-term health of the community. If they truly care about maintaining a fair and competitive environment, it’s time to acknowledge and address the totality of what’s happening here.
