    Bought 3 cameras. Finally, after numerous attempts, I was able to get them connected. Directions noted that you don’t need to sign up for monitoring ($99.99/year) for the cameras to see images. I used memory cards instead. Then, I received messages saying the tiny cards were full or corrupted. So, I gave in and bought the service for a year. I was charged twice. I tried calling and sending emails without response. I notified my credit card company of the double charge. After a month by the credit card of trying to get ‘their side of the story, ‘ the second charge was rescinded because yiiot never responded. The cameras recorded little even with my purchasing internet storage. Then about 2 weeks ago, I received a notice that my account was on auto renewal and if I signed into my account, I would have agreed for auto renewal and unlimited data tracking. Again I tried to cancel to no avail. I contacted my credit card company to prevent auto renewal. I was told the credit card company can do nothing because the monitoring company (turns out I learned it was a detective agency in San Francisco) uses a virtual credit card and my credit card cannot do anything. Buyer beware. I deleted the account and wonder what is going to happen next year. BUYER BEWARE!

    Hard to manually move the camera and cannot view old videos without paying for expensive Premium Cloud service. I ordered three of these cameras and will be returning them as fast as I can. Nowhere in the ads was a requirement for any cloud service mentioned for simply viewing my own videos. A very dissatisfied customer.

    It charge me for my subscription but it still shows no active subscription. Click support it won’t actually allow you talk to any. Says you can’t submit a question about subscriptions. To click subscriptions in the help page. I did and it sent me back to submit a question page. But it still says you can’t submit questions about subscriptions on this page. So where do you go??????

    We bought the camera online and hooked it up to the app via a direct Wi-Fi connection. Now the app requires you to accept new terms of use and log in. Trash tier product.

    The help prompts do not match what the camera does. It says a little bit different phrase during QR code pairing and Despite several methods of pairing, only partially successful in getting the device to pair. App is useless in debugging why the pair failed, only viable explanation after trying 2.4 GHz and 5Ghz networks was a firmware updat Firmware impossible to find and update — requires to be previously Direct WiFi connection pairing fails as CAM_ SSID is not broadcasting nor picked up by iPhone WiFi, so that too fails. Router is next to camera in same room. Full bars on iPhone. Scam from Temu. Avoid at all costs

    I have two cameras that have been working great for a few years now. A few weeks ago a ad would show up, not a big deal. Then yesterday 10/2/2024 an update on the ad happened. Now either of my cameras with connect with my 2.4 WiFi router. Thanks for ruining two perfectly good cameras.

    When I bought this item it never said that you had to pay $27 a year to use the camera. There is no free option to use the camera’s without using the cloud data.
