    Somehow I’m being charged $38 a month for this app I’ve never downloaded or even heard of. And when I google it I see a bunch of people with the same problem.

    I signed up for a year and was super excited about the program. After creating an account, I couldn’t get access. My login didn’t work, and several attempts to reset password also failed. I emailed support 5 times and received NO response. Don’t waste your money or time.

    I downloaded the app and paid for a 3 month subscription, but shortly thereafter I had some health issues that prevented me from using the plan it set up for me. I reached out to customer support, and Chris responded very quickly, understood and expressed concern for my issues, and together we came up with a solution that worked for me to be able to use the app for the time I’d previously purchased. I won’t go into specifics because I feel like they handle customer issues on a case by case basis, but if you have any problems with the app, or your subscription, I feel certain that their support staff will make it more than right! Customer support is equally as important to me as app functionality, which has also been wonderful and easy to navigate so far! The app and their support get a 10/5 from me!

    THE VIDEOS ARE NOT THE BEST AND THEY APPEAR TO BE RIP OFF ARTISTS! I have used many fitness apps and I have never experienced this! I purchased this product in April for six months while hospitalized with my grandson so that I would be able to do some form of exercise. The app was not the best but I didn’t complain and would not have written a negative comment. At the time I signed up I had no clue it would auto renew. The fact that it renewed for double my initial cost is very upsetting and disappointing! I immediately cancelled and requested a refund and of course someone acknowledged it was cancelled but stated someone else will have to reach back out regarding a refund. They also referred me to the Terms of use .. bad business practices!!! I see by reading reviews they have bad business practices! Ridiculous!!

    There’s a creepy AI voice that leads you through the exercises, stopping weirdly in the middle of sentences. Also, it is presented as a free app, but it doesn’t appear to be.

    The app has plenty of exercise sessions at various levels of difficulty. The verbal instruction and images are easy to follow. You can select programs that are designed to be done daily for a few weeks or a month. You can select multiple programs to track at the same time. My only complaint with the app is that the language does not always sync with the graphics. Often the language will tell you to do a series of exercises and you have to look at the image to understand the pace and repetitions. You can’t just follow the verbal instructions.

    I got a notice that it billed me for a year. I immediately cancelled and requested a refund. I have not used it and am on home IV they and unable to use it. So far they’ve refused a refund. They offered free year so obviously they aren’t interested in their customers.

    If you choose to purchase the app BEWARE they will auto charge you without any notification prior of subscription ending. When I reached out to have my funds reversed they refused as well when I suggested they send out notifications prior to deducting funds they refused. Terrible customer service in business to make money not help support healthy lifestyle as they say. Would not recommend this app. There are free YouTube videos that provide a better experience for free.
