    This is by far the best workout app! I have tried so many and this is wonderful for a re-beginner. I have quit others 1000+ times but this eases you into working out at a great pace. You may pause to catch up. So user friendly and people are noticing my results end of week one. Love this app it’s great. Best by far!!!

    Deberían de especificar si los pesos son en total o sumadas con las dos mancuernas o solo una mancuerna y STDs cambian el peso según lo que uno va avanzando o siempre son los mismos ?

    Been using for a year and a half. Had on an ANDROID and loved the app. They HAD good tech support initially but I could never get it transferred over to iPhone. Finally, after a couple months of wasted time and effort I broke down and repurchased app but after a few more months it’s not nearly as good as the original Android version I had before. Recipes are gone, does not have the variety of exercises they had before, more glitchy and this one has an AI feature where they videotape you to customize your workout plan. Some might not mind that but I do. The old saying applies “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

    Not a good workout if you are over 60 years old. I’m over 60, walk 3 to 4 miles at least 4 days a week and the workout were very difficult. Staff unwilling to give money back after they automatically charger my card for second month even though I had cancelled my account with them.

    Although it seems that it would be easy to do. It just doesn’t work for me. I used it regularly and have not lost any weight or look any better. It’s not worth the money for me.

    I’m on my 10th week. I started out with a large stomach half of it’s gone, but I have not lost any weight. It seems to be turning into muscle. I’m still the same weight that I started in. I’m still trying to work it out so that I can flatten my stomach completely than that. I’m really enjoying the work out. I just finished my 14th week and only lost 1 pound and seemed to plateaued I am still going to finish the plan and then start alternate every other day and try different exercises. I would recommend this to all my friends that would like to try this program to lose weight and gain muscle. Thank you for this opportunity to reach my goal to get into the physical shape useing this plan.
