    I have an iPad 10. This product doesn’t work on it. On the website it says it will be compatible in 2023. On the app it says it is available now. I have tried this with an IPad 9. It works, but not great. The reading adventure is so frustrating for my little one. It take several attempts with anything to get it to work. We have tried it with a kindle fire as well, but it was even more frustrating (if possible). The links to support are not there. We can’t get any help. I feel like they are super happy to take your money, but not help you for their frustrating, misleading product.

  • This is the worst app because it won’t let me back in and my son berestarted it.

    I’ve had Osmo for years, my youngest starting to play and can’t ahold of them for support.

    I purchased osmo games for fire tablet on Amazon last summer. Just now tried setting them up according to directions. Set up all profiles and everything. Go to play the game and it wants me to purchase it. I have already purchased it. Tried to click on app support and it takes me to an error page. So glad I wasted 2 hours of my life and hundreds of dollars on games only for none of it to talk or be compatible or know when something has already been purchased. Spent too much money for this much frustration. Boo!

    It was super challenging to get started. Even my tech husband struggled to get everything installed, navigating the parental controls on our kids’ tablets. However, once we got it all worked out, oh my goodness! These games are incredible and so very educational. Both kids love how interactive these games are and are always playing (learning) with a giant smile plastered across their faces. As long as your prepared to test your patience and tech savviness, these are well worth it! Great addition to our homeschool learning.
