I signed up through my daughters Chromebook and there is no where on the app to cancel, no phone number to call, and no one gets back to your emails (I have now emailed them twice) there should be a way to cancel!!

I loved our epic subscription… while it worked. I paid for another year and I haven’t been able to log in. Did all the troubleshooting recommended and it didn’t work. I’ve emailed customer service and got 2 auto responses. I gave them a couple weeks before reaching out again. When I did, I got my email sent back to me as undeliverable. Checked social media and others have been trying to reach them without response. I loved how accessible epic made reading for my son, but it’s so disappointing that I can’t get support for such an expensive subscription.

I’ve paid for the year subscription $79 and my subscription ends in January 2025, and I tried to log in and It doesn’t recognize my email I contacted them 3 weeks ago, and what they respond? Due to a high volume of requests, expect a response in approximately one week from today. Note that sending in multiple messages will slow down the response process, so we advise against that. Well, it’s been three weeks and NOBODY contacted me! I’ve sent another email and nothing, there is NO COSTUMER SERVICE Seriously? 3 WEEKS! Don’t even use the trial because this is a total scam, they will take your money and you won’t have access to this app

I paid for a yearly subscription ($85) and it worked for about a week and then stopped letting me log in. Won’t recognize my login at all, won’t let me reset. Customer support won’t respond to any of my requests, i’ve been waiting for weeks. I want a refund but don’t know how to get it.

I paid for an annual subscription, but after my purchase, I was unable to log back into my account. It also says my email isn’t associated with an account. I emailed support about my issue, but I haven’t received a response yet. It’s been almost a month with no resolution, and I’m out over $85

We got a “free” access code from the school teacher. Turns out you can only use it for free from 7am to 3pm. No after hours use allowed unless you pay for the app. I would be open to paying if this is how it was presented to us. Telling parents it’s free and charging money on the back end is not a good way to do business (according to me).
