The one thing I most truly appreciate about Version Three is that you can automatically download any recipe from the internet with one click and it is seemlessly incorporated into your library in the Paprika format. You may then edit it to your preferences. Brilliant!!

I've been cooking for 40 years and was frustrated by the cookbook and recipe card filing system that never seemed to work. Paprika has changed my cooking into LOVE again. I especially love the grocery list feature. Shopping is the easiest part once I plan the recipes and create the grocery list. My daughter uses Paprika and swears by online grocery shopping and pick up to ease her busy schedule. Even my husband can do the shopping. thanks Paprika

The best recipe data base I have seen or used. Second to none. Have owned it and used it on my phone since 2013 and on my Mac since 2017. Essential App for home cooks and chefs alike. Well designed, exceptional app.

I use it all the time, and my grown children each have purchased a copy and we share recipies among each other. Thanks for a great app!

I’ve tried a number of recipe apps since I started using computers regularly in my life, and Paprika stands head and shoulders above the rest. It now has all my family recipes, recipes from my favorite food bloggers that I love, and a collection of recipes I want to try. If you’re looking for a place to keep all your recipes, just get it!

When it can download a recipe it is magic but it also can be stubborn and refuse to do so, and may do it for one recipe on same website but not another. Entering the recipe manually can be a pain, it should be side by side, allowing to highlight/select things or copy paste without having to perform additional clicks/interactions to select/save. I feel like it should be easier for non-downloadable recipes or manually typed, especially when trying to add photos/thumbnail.
  • Best Cooking/Recipe App!

I love Paprika and have been using it for years now! My favorite things about it are: ability to download online recipes, able to organize and catagorize my recipes, easy to use, beautiful interface, etc. I couldn't ask for anything more. My mom and sister-in-law use it too - it makes it easy to share recipes with each other!
  • Adequate but a weak replacement for MacGourmet Deluxe

This app is really the only choice for a recipe manager in the Mac/iOS world. But that isn’t saying much. It’s a huge downgrade from MacGourmet Deluxe, an awesome program that was abandoned by the lame company that bought out the original developers. Paprika is missing so many great features that are easy to implement. It can’t link recipes (like a sauce or spice mix that goes with a specific dish), it doesn’t let you edit the columns in the recipe display, it won’t let you delete dumb fields like “difficulty,” and there is no auto-fill on standard inputs. On the plus side, at least they have good linking between Mac and iPhone. It’s hard to recommend this app but there are no other options. Try harder!!
  • The BEST Recipe App out there!!

I’ve tried several different recipe apps and Paprika is by far the best one. It’s got an easy, usable UI for both iOS and Mac and syncs perfectly with icloud. It uses google search for web recipes, and downloads and sorts even the most complicated ones with the press of a button. Really… there is no other recipe app worth considering. Just get it.
