  • Complicated and overwhelming

    We used this app for our last kid. It used to be simple and straightforward. This was 3 years ago. It was perfect to share information with in-laws and babysitters. But with all the updates and ads we are utterly lost. The only thing I really like is that they have honored my lifetime membership. Otherwise I would give this 1 star.

  • Tracking stopes while editing

    Silly that if I’m currently tracking a feeding (a convenient moment for me to make edits of previous entries) that it won’t let me edit an earlier feeding while continuing to track the current feeding. It will stop the timer for the current feeding. Otherwise the app is very good. Just a very inconvenient feature. I believe the same goes for the sleep timer where you cannot edit while currently tracking a sleep session. Hope this can be improved in future upgrades.

    The app is fine but there’s too much going on. I use it mainly to track my baby’s feedings, but there is so much you have to scroll through to see your feeding timeline. All I want to see is the times that I fed my baby today, but first I have to scroll through insights, pattern chart, analysis, health tip, forecast, questions, and then finally I can see the feeding times. I appreciate that all that stuff exists, but please put it somewhere else.

    Paid for advertising-free subscription and still see ads. Brought up to support team and they said it’s “functioning as expected.” 🙄

    I purchased the premium plan specifically to add multiple caregivers, but even after upgrading, that feature remains locked. My account shows I have premium, which is supposed to include ‘premium support,’ but I’ve reached out several times with no response. This feels like a complete scam. I can’t even get in touch with support to request a refund. Absolutely unacceptable.

    When your pediatrician asks you how things have been going you can pull this app out. It helps me manage times with my children the best way and my body for when to time my outings. I have used glow as a whole for 11 years. I choose nothing else.

    As a FTM this app has been GREAT with helping me log all of my babies feedings, sleeping patterns and everything else. Originally I was just using my notes app and logging everything that way but what I love with this app is that it totals everything up at the end of the day and it will tell me when my baby’s last feeding, diaper change, or last nap was. I’m giving four stars just because after so many logs you cannot log anything else and it basically forces you to purchase a membership in order to continue logging. Which I would have no problem doing if there were a monthly option rather than having to pay for a full year. I would also like if there were the “timer” option for the activity log (like for the sleep log) because I don’t always remember when my baby starts and stops his activities. Other than that this app is highly recommended especially for FTM!!

    LOVE this app! Great feature that can have all caretakers linked to the same baby. Very helpful to be able to look back at all entries and also get a quick summary so you know at a glance how the day was. So great to have all info in my baby in one place, and can be put into a document for pediatrician. 10/10!!

    As a first time mom I wasn’t sure what to expect with just about anything. This app helped to make it so easy for me to stay on top of feedings, diaper changes, quality of diapers, sleep habits, and helped us form a loose “schedule” based around my babies natural pattern. I think this helped to contribute to him sleeping through the night from 2 weeks and beyond and for that I am forever grateful! My only dislike of the app is I can’t log a combo feed (formula and breastfeeding) as one feeding. At least not that I’ve figured out how to do. I have to create two separate entries even though it’s all one feed and this throws off my feeding statistics for how often/interval between feedings and amount per feed. Otherwise, I love the app and will continue to use it for children to come!
