    Ever since the update 3 weeks ago, I get an error message when I try to send an invoice. No problems prior to the update. Please fix this problem!

    Can’t send copied invoices because it gives me an error every time. Also adding a contact to my invoice can sometimes show that the email is invalid after trying to send the invoice. So you must click on something for that error to go away. But then it adds the email address to the business name and then I have to delete that information. The issues are causing problems that are causing me to send invoices a lot slower than before.

    Paypal seems convenient but they will hold your money for absolutely no reason and not give you a reason. 5 Times in the past few months they have held my money and refused to give me a reason. TERRIBLE customer service. If you don't bring in over 1 million a year they don't care about you at all. Try another service please

    If you want real time updates forget it. This app will record sales just fine but can’t update the Day/month for nothing. My totals are currently 4 days behind and counting. Pure Junk!

  • Worst invoicing service I’ve ever used

    It’s been a week now that I haven’t been able to send invoices from my account. I get an error message saying there’s emojis and links in my invoices when there aren’t any. I also keep having to re-verify my ID over and over. Support takes way too long to respond and has provided no resolution. I recommend using Wave for your invoicing instead

  • This app gives me so many problems

    I have had so many issues with this app. I use it because when it does work and makes my life a lot easier. But the most recent thing wrong with this app, is it doesn’t let me send an invoice. It keeps telling me there’s an error and it will not let me retry. Highly annoying.

    The app would work better if you could use either the user id or email associated with an added user for the account. As it stand the only way a secondary user can open up the business account is online, which is not always feasible. Is that something that can be added?

  • Been hacked twice

    I don’t trust this app, it’s been hacked twice. Once scrap call me out of the blue to ask me how I liked PayPal. She laughed at me because I had not set up 2fa on the web site. Why not put that option on the app? Why hide it in the web site? Why laugh at me for asking about something, most people don’t even know about it use? Not impressed, also selecting rewards category on personal paypal was also a sham.
