    The game is entertaining, but gaining better upgrades and player points makes it impossible to achieve without purchasing resource packages. It’s also difficult to claim rewards from third party promotions and live streams.

    The game has potential, I began playing thinking it was about the dragons (as advertised) but its not, it’s also NOT a strategy game, except how to outrun pay-2-play hackers. It is full of people buying & selling their keeps. When packs are purchased we are constantly ripped off, Ive had to change my entire bank acct. because WB allows double tapping of original purchase. After proof, Apple refunded my money, but WB claimed innocence. Unless you have a lot of extra money to play, unfortunately its only fun in the beginning. Play w/ caution, do not attach ANY private banking info to WB games. Purchase a cash card at the store. There ARE thieves in this game stealing info. Players beware. Stay safe about ur cash. My entire team are quitting. We will go public with the facts with screenshots & emails from their “support team”. We are each playing until our individual supplies run out. It’s both disappointing & illegal. BEWARE. Do not attach banking information to this or any other WB game. But the 1st part is fun. So theres that.

    This game honestly has a very solid foundation and is thorough in development. However, it does have one main pitfall which is that some of its best features are really only available if you purchase material/gear/holiday packs. This is driving away potential gamers as it seems to slowly kill off kingdoms over time as most people aren’t going to continue to buy more and more packs just to stay relevant… there needs to be a rebalance.

    They provide no support for glitches or bugs. They do not reply to any questions or requests on discord or the app “support” center. There is no way to freeze or pause your account. It’s an incredible concept for a game, but don’t expect WB Games to provide technical support.
