    I used this app for some time to help me deal with anxious thoughts and self judgment. I started to use it again while going through a challenging time. It has been updated with even more useful features, including an "AI therapist," which is really a way to just get some feedback and new coping ideas any time, day or night. I think that this is a good app, based on cognitive behavioral science, and I've already recommended it to a family member. It's not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy, but it's surprisingly helpful as a tool in daily life.

    This app is a game-changer. I’ve been using it for the past 3 days now and already my mood has improved. I really like this app. It is amazingly helpful. It really benefits me because I have a lot of anxious thoughts throughout my day and having this app right on my phone to use at any convenient time is totally amazing. I love this app. The AI Guided Journal is a total game-changer. I feel listened to and not in a judgmental way. I can release the thoughts and emotions that are making me feel so stuck in my head.
