    Why does the ai Cbt coach crash when you’re in the middle of a conversation? I toggle to another app and back to clarity my whole conversation is erased

    This app saved my life even when I was too stubborn and so resistant to change. This app helped me save my husband, my kids and most importantly myself. I don’t know what I could do to repay the cost this app gave me but I am so grateful.

    I journaled two long and thoughtful entries yesterday and later that night I went to reflect once more and was feeling proud of myself for journaling. Just to discover none of my 600 words were saved. As someone with ADHD it really helps me to see the tasks I have completed for the day as it is difficult for me to complete unnecessary ones (so this really upset me). It also helps to reflect on my thoughts as they are often so fleeting. Especially my written ones (as I process better when I write). Other than this I like the app. Normally I would wait to review until I have used all of the features but this just made me so upset I had to share.

    Its insanely informative, easy to use, easy to customize. I want to illuminate: I’ve been in CBT for over 10 years, had to write mood logs analog. And I can become inconsistent with Rx and talk-therapy. And its always been crucial to manage/understand/track my moods (i’m bipolar 1). But it has more than that, more than any app ive ever seen. Gratitude journals, breathing exercises, AI chatbots, etc. And Yes, I really fw the CBT Ai chatbot, but they have DBT and other therapeutic denominations available for AI chatbot-ting. Theres some small stuff in the UI they need to adjust z 5 stars anyway.

    Yes it’s a small investment but I do feel like it’s worth it. Being able to journal and break down emotions is amazing.

    My therapist recommended this app as a tool in my arsenal towards battling my many mental health issues. I’ve been encouraging family and friends to also use it as the AI Chat feature has helped us to be better communicators and work through some of our issues as opposed to fighting through them. I use it daily (just got my 365 day badge) and I find that checking in with my mental health once a day does some pretty great things for me. I can’t recommend this app enough if you are looking to check in with your mental health more often and find solutions to some of the issues with cognitive behavioral therapy.

    I have many types of anxiety and BPD and this app helped when I get so stuck in my head that I start disconnecting from life, letting my brain drown me in thoughts and slacking on my responsibilities. It’s nice to talk to something that can respond well but not judge or gossip, and it’s nice to have activities to do to help me calm down. I haven’t paid for the app yet, but I definitely will be doing so because so far it seems worth it.
