I’m almost positive after using this app you will feel better and less stressed than before you got it!" "This app is the only app/journal/therapy thing that has genuinely helped me. Just using this app for 2 weeks has given me more insight and mental health help than my therapist of a year. I’ve never felt better after starting to use Clarity, and I genuinely don’t think I would’ve been able to get here on my own." I’m not signing up for a free trial to test your app. It’s incredibly predatory to people who struggle remembering things. I refuse to use apps like this, I want to test apps without worrying about canceling a ‘free’ trial. Predatory practice on people who may be seriously struggling in life, shame on you.
  • Great App to Keep Me Making Progress

This is a great app that I have been really enjoying. I wish I had tried it much sooner!! My one suggestion, for distracted people like me who like to watch shows with subtitles, would be to also have an option that have the lessons read to you while you read. It helps it sink in better for me when my mind wanders. I do love this app though and think it’s really going to help me as I find my authentic self!
  • A great starting point

Clarity is a good idea and they have good foundation. I’ve been using the app for a little over a year and I enjoy the potential that’s there. My only issue is that they are falling further and further behind when it comes to AI and its capabilities. I’m also not too pleased with the voice recording, and how it transcribes. It gets several of my words wrong and sometimes the grammar is wrong as well. I hope they continue to work on speaking rather than typing because that is the future.
  • the X button

I love the app so much but my main gripe is with the X not working when i try to leave a journal entry I search for. It only happens if I had to search for the entry. Very weird glitch but super annoying! please fix!

I usually don’t write reviews but this app is worth it. If you’re an overthinker this app is great to break down your thoughts and feelings. I prefer using the app over paper journaling although it’s nice to write down feelings the app allows for feedback on ways to ground yourself. Overall it’s a great tool that I recommend to anyone. Even the free version is helpful!

  • Works for me!!

I really love what I’ve been able to accomplish through this app. I never liked therapy because of some personal experiences in talk, in-person therapy. I also had trouble being honest because I just felt like another client to the doctor. I really like this app because it’s all on me. I decide when I want to open up and I choose when I want to try to tackle some things that I’ve never felt comfortable opening up to a person in front of me. Personally I like the aspect of “talking to a robot” I really appreciate the feeling of no judgement and I do feel like this app is quite similar to most therapy sessions I’ve had before in terms of questioning. I have been able to open up and explore things that I’m not okay with talking about with someone else, just with myself. Nobody is handing me tissues or prying to get me to open up or getting upset with me for showing emotion. It’s just me and my phone and I also find it easier to type some things out instead is saying them. Long story short I really recommend this app if you have found yourself having trouble getting anywhere with talk therapy, especially when it feels self-induced. It will be okay, you just gotta get comfortable with talking with yourself.
