Aura Frames

I had a concern and it was promptly felt with by a great customer service staff.

The worst on-line chat (and supposed help)” I’ve experienced) The chat has to always ask name, email and other info each time. I have had to repeat continuously and still never got close to an answer. I have repeatedly tried to submit a request for help- the form is hard to find, then it keeps disappearing. I am so disgusted that I would return it if it weren’t a gift.

Unable to save password in Apple Passwords or 1Password. When trying to reset password, the app asks me to “try again later.” What gives?

App doesn’t let me log in?

I don’t have the heart to tell the person who gifted me this frame their photos weren’t included. Claim code never worked.

My Aura frame was a gift from my sister a few years ago, and we still love it and add photos regularly. She and I live on opposite sides of the country, and the Aura frame means we can see each other’s families in our homes every day. What a fantastic gift!

This is the perfect app for families or individuals that are scattered across the country and don’t get to visit each other all that often. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take a whole lot of effort to upload photos of the kids’ school plays or the adults’ fishing expeditions that allow Grandma or Uncle Bill or one’s best friends to stay current with each other, wherever they all may live.

I own 3 Carver frames and adored them. I have several digital photo frames from different brands and Aura has been my favorite so far. That was until I bought the Walden frame. I adore the size and quality of the frame, but the fact that vertical photos can’t automatically fit within the frame like they do on a Carver is super frustrating. No one wants to manually crop every vertical photo that they put on their frame, especially when the photos are automatically imported from an iPhone album. It seems like this would be an easy fix within the software to make this a 5 star frame, but until they do, I’m only seeing bits and pieces of half of my images. Boo!

I love being able to add photos so easily. I do wish they had the option to remove ONLY one photo if I uploaded a bunch at a time. But it only allows me to delete them all. Otherwise the APP is great!

Can’t even add photos without it crashing and loosing all of my selections. Sometimes even crashes as soon as I open it
