Get nothing but straight lines, it’s been doing this for over 4 weeks.
  • No longer records rides properly

Trailforks only recorded 4.4 miles on my 20 mile ride. Yesterday's 20 mile ride it recorded almost 10 miles. My totals and averages now are going to be way off on my training logs which is why I use the app. Sent several requests in for technical help and have yet to get anything but a generic response. WHY DOES IT NO LONGER RECORD MY RIDES? Is anyone there? 3 days, still no help.
  • Lots of $ for no watch app

For the price of the subscription, Trailforks needs to have a watch app. It’s ridiculous the “premiere” MTB app doesn’t have a watch app where you can (at the very least) mirror the map and data as you record a ride. I’ve waited and waited and waited for it but it doesn’t seem to be happening anytime soon. Come on Outside!!!
  • Useless unless you pay

All the useful features are locked behind a paywall, don’t bother.
  • AppleID Login Issue

The app won’t let me create an account using my AppleID. I get an error then it prompts me to manually enter my name and email to register. I prefer using the Apple hide my email feature so this makes the app inaccessible to me.
  • Useful but constantly getting worse

I still use this app but it has gotten consistently worse over time. Probably the most frustrating app I’ve ever paid for. Don’t use it if you can find an alternative.

I thought there would be more options with the membership like trail tracking and a better map lay out like having better labels on campsites. But overall it is good and I probably just don’t know how to use it all the way yet.
