    The phishing calls are identified as such and in all that I have received not one was legitimate, pretty good batting average! These programs only work well for everyone when you report “bad” calls....don’t be lazy, do it!

    Really doesn’t block or mark spam as indicated u still have to enter a no for it to block

  • Lost what I had before. Will cancel renewal. Not getting what I used to. Screener will not activate.

    Very. Disappointed. Customer support is big zero. None. No help and cannot communicate at all with them. Gabe one star because don’t have zero.

    This app screens out way too many of my calls.It is impossible for people who are not in your contacts list to get through. I want it to only screen out spam calls, but cannot easily find a setting to do so. I cannot reach anybody in customer support, nor get to billing to cancel the app.

    I’m still getting calls, even though they are silent I’m still getting them, so I’m paying you to block them when I can continue to do it myself when calls come in. My phone was already on silence unknown callers and I was blocking them. So to me it’s a waste of money unsubscribing

    Once upon a time the blocking feature was free—so I couldn’t complain about its minor glitches. Premium call id was useful for the small fee at $14 for the year for looking up callers google can seem to find. However, the free version now does nothing at all. It does not block, and it is rarely able to keep up with the latest spammer numbers. I’ve been using it to help report spammers, but even helping report, all I get are unidentified new robo spam and scam calls and messages.
