I put a significant down payment for their card. I decided not to move forward and wanted to cancel. It was like pulling teeth everyday. I had to contact the Better business bureau for them to release it.

Upgrade from 12/18/24 screwed up app. No longer loads any info about your card or spending amounts. Other parts work fine but nothing works to get card info

If I cannot use your app to get the things that I want why have your app? If it shows available through the store, then I should be able to use your app to get that item. It is the same as using a credit card or should be anyway.

I have been using affirm for at least two years, and now I have to consent to some biometric data and give my license or a copy of my home address, etc. I will not do that, and I am not using Affirm anymore

I world use this more and tell friends if interest was lowered as you spend money and over time gets lowered… Their interest rates are super high. But it’s a good choice if you don’t want to use credit cards…
  • Could be a lot better

I got a short loan thru them that worked great. Then they gave me a high credit line. I tried using my it to buy a iPad thru BestBuy and Amazon. I followed the instructions going thru their app. When I got to checkout Affirm was supposed to be an option but it didn’t work several times with either BB or AZ. Now the product I wanted has gone up by $60. I’m not at all impressed. Tried customer service but got a response by email in 2 days that was useless info. Nice concept but A lot of room for improvement here.
