    The app is incredibly annoying with popups pushing you to upgrade when you simply want to scan codes. I have already paid for the hardware and I am not upgrading to premium.

    I absolutely love all the helpful info this app provides and it gives me great peace of mind when I can just scan my car when the engine light goes on and get a sense for whether my car will blow up if I drive it any longer of if I can take it to the repair shop without it going out on me. 👌🏻

    Look, if you own a gmc of any model or make… DO NOT BUY No matter how many alternators or batteries or chips or prongs I fix or replace, it always reads “low voltage”

    I have multiple vehicles that are older and needing repair. I used my FIXD App to identify the problem before I chose where to repair them. This has saved me good money. Keep me informed on what the problem actually is; at least one case helped me to get my vehicle repaired correctly. Engine was still on after I replaced the engine. App identifies the problem correctly which varied from what my mechanic told me; this enabled me to print out the diagnostic information and leverage the shop to complete the repair correctly! I love FIXD App! It not only provides you a code but an easy to understand description of the repair needed with an estimated cost range! I feel Protected from fraud when using FIXD App!     Hardcore subscription scam. The only “service” I received was the module at 3 times its market value. And then 6 times after the subscription automatically debited my account a year later without notification. Ornate unsubscribe instructions.

    I bought the device and have not opened it yet. I downloaded the app at the time I ordered the device but have not opened the app yet. Now I have a charge for $99 on my bank account with no forewarning. I want my money back.

  • Oops, left the gas cap off

    Driving home from vacation in NH. We caught the leaves at peak color but left the gas cap off while gassing up. The “check engine” light indicated the problem. We found the gas cap off and replaced it without Fixed. The fault did not reset and the owners manual indicated a repair shop visit was needed. We plugged in Fixed. The APP gave full information on possible issues. Pushing system reset on the APP, from my phone saved us a repair shop visit for a simple issue.

    I have used it to diagnose issues on my car and well as my Wife’s and Granddaughter’s cars. From brake light issue to vapor leak and check engine light issues Fixt has diagnosed all three vehicles and I repaired myself. I’ve had it about 9 months and it’s definitely worth the investment.
