    So I selected to not have auto renewal on my membership as well as deleting my credit card information. I just received a charge for $34.99 on my credit card. These people went back and changed my profile to charge my credit card account. Do not use this app !

    I paid for the upgrade yet I still do not have all the features of the upgrade. Their FAQs are very difficult to navigate and not well thought out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and again as I progress through creating a “trip” I’m asked to upgrade to proceed. —- Looks like this developer spent the efforts on aesthetics and not on the user experience.

    I was honestly excited to try Roadtrippers for a 2000 mile round- trip in the south west. After I input my information to get recommendations, I can see many of the points of interest along the way seem to be paid advertisements from the businesses. None of the restaurants or hotels were remotely close to what I was interested.

  • Sneaky renewals nonrefundable, beware

    I gave it two stars because I did use it once but it really wasn’t much help and I ended up googling sites along my path and looking for more info elsewhere. No warning and they charged me for the second year, then gave me some claptrap about it being in the terms of signup that all payments are nonrefundable. Use it if you like but it’s automatically set to renew so make sure you adjust that setting if you, like me, discover that the pro version is not that useful.

    App is very weak and has almost no beneficial functionality unless you plan on following the beaten path. In addition, they promised a free trial which they did not live up to and refused my immediate demand for a refund. A side annoying aspect of this app is that it continually sends a button which will automatically renew the crappy subscription. I couldn’t have been more clear that the app is worthless to me, I will never use it in the way that it was intended, and I’ve already gotten the address in Rochester New York that I need to facilitate my refund, or, perhaps more appropriately called retribution.

    road trippers makes it very to plan your RV trip. there are many levels and the highest go way over the top and will create an RV trip for you.

    Can’t load plans shared by my spouse in app. Doesn’t logically adjust based on removing & adding stops by proximity. Frustrating tool.

    App is garbage. It finds junk along your right & doesntveveb find the best & biggest places. How can you plan a route past two Bass Pro Shops, have shopping & outfitter filters on, & it doesn’t find them. It shows not a single tackle store in Decatur Illinois….uh hello, mikes tackle world?? All the places I wanted to stop it didn’t find. Even when doing a specific seatch it it missed places.
