    This app is absolutely horrible. I ordered food while literally sitting across the street from the McDonald’s I was ordering from. When I walked across the street to pick up my food, a few minutes later, he told me to go to a different McDonald’s in other side of town. I thought it accidentally ordered from the wrong one, so I went across town and pick up the food. They looked into the matter and, no, in fact, my food was sitting at the first McDonald’s where it had now been sitting for over 30 minutes and was now cold. This app is glitchy, and I will not use it again.

    Pleaaaase make it possible to add other sauces on to burger customizations. I would give my first born child to be able to add Big Mac sauce to a quarter pounder with cheese 😭

    I see that a review I posted years ago has been deleted, so I will make another. The app does have good deals, and if you eat at McDonald’s regularly you should probably have it. However, if there is any problem with your order you should know that the store will tell you that there is nothing they can do since it is a corporate issue, and being on a helpline with the AI running the McDonald’s support number is as fun as it sounds. Also, if you pay ahead of time and arrive to see a 30 minute line for your food you are out of luck and just have to wait. There is no option to cancel an order.

    Your app did not switch location automatically—which it ordinarily does, and I made an order in a town 50 miles away. I had to cancel the order. Then, I was made to wait 15 minutes to apply a deal to the new order. I should be able to apply a deal immediately after an order is cancelled. Please fix this and do better.
