    I accidentally gave this a poor review because I read the scale too quick (and I wish I could take it back). That was in no way what I thought about this app. I’m so terribly sorry. I actually loved this app so far. I especially appreciate the fact that you made it easier to find meditations based on what I has been going on mental health wise. I still have a lot to get used to on this app, but it has worked well for me so far. Thank you so much and have a great day.

    7 days in a row! I spend entirely too much time on my phone. I know that I should not have screen time right before I go to bed because it will delay me going to sleep sometimes for hours. For seven days now, I have forced myself to open the app, Start a sleep meditation, and set the phone down with the sound on and I follow the directions exactly. Before the meditation is over, I am sound asleep. I now sleep undisturbed until I have to pee. I’m old, so I wake up to pee a lot. But by golly, I’m sleeping like a baby until I have to pee. That my friends makes me happy. 😊

    I’m a dissatisfied premium member who is bored with the content. Ever since the platform began using AI new meditations from existing or new teachers has dwindled from few to none. I can immediately tell by clicking on the New tab on the search page. Same with the sleep stories. The AI content is canned. They sound like someone is reading from a Wikipedia page describing how to meditate. AThe few I’ve tried aren’t supportive and in fact the one I just listened to, Dealing With Divergent Political Opinions, was pablum and I ended up far more stressed after repeatedky hearing “remember everyone’s opinion has value and it’s okay if they don’t align with yours.” This is a good way to release stress and anxiety in today’s polarized and increasingly fascistic United States? I don’t think I’ll be back until new and human content is back.

    I have used this app for many years. It offers such a wide range of offerings. I play its soothing music almost every evening as a wind down, and the meditations are some of the best. I have also enjoyed listening to its course offerings. I love the app’s simplicity: it doesn’t have all those automatic “how are you feeling?” prompts like similar apps do, so if I fall asleep to a meditation or music but wake up later in the middle of the night, I can just tap my earbuds while lying in bed and it will replay, without me having to sit up and open up my phone and go searching for it again - this makes it much more conducive for sleep than other apps (those apps won’t replay anything until you answer the “how are you” prompts at the end of every session). Again, beauty in its simplicity. The AI coach is very supportive, like talking with a curious freind. I don’t use it much (I do my best to interact with real people) but in a pinch when you feel stuck with stress or anxiety, it is quite helpful at “listening” to your situation and gently getting you to pause and self-reflect.
