  • Clickable credits???

I loved Tidal because of the clickable credits. It was a feature that literally changed my life and reminded me of the old days when we’d look at CD booklets. Now this feature has been removed. What?!! Why?!! It ruined the app. I pay for apple, Spotify AND tidal, and now without that, theres no point. I will wait a short time to see if its back, but otherwise Ill cancel. So sad to see that go.
  • Could be better

Liked it better when the music playing on my playlist would blend at the end of the song with the next song about to play next to feel like a mix. Can you please add that option for the loyal subscribers. I have some good playlist but need them to sound like mixes !! Thanks

This is the best music app I’ve ever heard
  • Bad User Interface

Good sound, bad User Interface. HORRIBLE organization of your library. When you click artists, it goes to their page, not your added stuff. It’s crazy!!! It’s like you searched for the artist in the search bar for their page. Apple Music is way better, but I like Tidal’s audio quality better.
  • Recent update??

Recent update takes away the ability to click on anyone on the song credits. You used to be able to view the credits for a song, and you could click on the name of one of the producers, lyricists, etc, and view that person’s page and discover their work. Was honestly my favorite feature, and I probably will leave tidal if it’s not brought back really soon:/
  • Great sound quality, horrible downloads

I’ll have to give the app 1 star until they fix this common bug. Songs added to the download queue will often fail to download and sit in the queue, even when a manual download is initiated. This is a common problem reported in both App Store reviews and on Reddit. I travel frequently and it is crucial that my music is properly downloaded.

So far I’ve been very impressed with using Tidal for DJ’ing. Having lost my entire life’s collection of vinyl I’ve been able to get back into DJ’ing quickly & easily at the fraction of my original investment. Thanks Tidal🙏🏽
  • Love tidal as an audio engineer but…

switched to tidal because they pay artists more and because of the hifi/atmos aspect, as well as how credits are listed because as someone in the industry i think it’s important. but the app would be killer if the radios and recommended songs programming aspect was better. it’s so hard to find new music on tidal because whatever the algorithm chooses just like, never fits or is what im looking for. i feel like tidal could take over the other streaming platforms if they leaned more into the fact the platform is kinda built to support artists, music business people and audio engineers more than others. anyways that’s the tea
  • Feedback Regarding Music Download Functionality

I’ve had my music set to “Download” for the past few days, but I’ve noticed that I have to manually tap each song to initiate the download, which makes the process slower than expected. I also came across a bug where songs I’ve removed from my playlist still appear in my downloads, and when I try to manually download them, nothing happens. I really enjoy the app overall—this is the only issue I’ve run into so far—but it does impact the user experience.
