  • Unauthorized Charge and Poor Customer Support

    I subscribed on February 3, 2025, for the one-year special offer. However, on April 4, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $102.71 to my account. I did not consent to this charge. Attempting to reach customer support has been extremely frustrating, as they do not provide a phone number and are very difficult to contact. I am requesting a full refund and expect better assistance.

    The protection is good when it works. Specifically- auto connect doesn’t seem to work on the iPhone. It does on my desktop, but isn’t on during startup. Support dismissed this loophole and told me to put it on my router. Not all routers will support NordVPN - so this is an unrealistic answer. I can, of course, use open source code on my router and likely will when my subscription runs out - but will still need a VPN for when I am not at my office or home.

    For more than a year after changing iPhones this app will stop working and require manual intervention to restore service. I’ve talked about it before and nothing has changed so I won’t deep dive it again but I will say: if you do reach out customer service will instruct you to install a different vpn application to support their application. I understand zero log policies but beware; zero logs = zero support

    They removed “Favorites” server or ability to create list of your desired servers. App difficult to navigate to desired server or Location. I pay for service. I should be able to have a favorite list as in the past.

    I tried to watch the Grand National on ITVX in the US. Many sources say NordVPN is a good way to do this, but it does nothing, no access. I had Nord VPN for about 5 minutes before I cancelled. I hope I get a refund

  • Slow opening apps

    Although I appreciate the extra security, it takes a long time for my applications to open up. Sometimes I need them to open up right away.
