    It keeps logging out every time. It needs to be logged in every time I try to use the app. Additionally, every time I try to do mobile order from the places I am at, they’re not accepting mobile order and are offline. Two VERY ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING experiences.

    I ordered in the app. It didn’t give me the code for the 6.99 for the footlong. I paid Almost 12 dollars for this sandwich.

  • Rewards stink, won’t let me use a gift card

    For some reason the developers of this app thought it was a good idea to not let you use a gift card for the order unless it covered the whole order. Why can I not split the payment between gift card and credit card? Additionally, the rewards may as well be nonexistent. It’s honestly a slap in the face to offer me $2 off after having to do multiple expensive orders since Subways prices have exploded the past couple years. Overall app works good but these two things are bad enough to make me give 2 stars.

    It doesn’t have custom sandwiches as an option, you can change one of their other sandwiches to be LIKE what you want, but maybe not exact. It wouldn’t accept my card, as it “wasn’t supported yet” but it was a VISA. It’s Ridiculous how poor this app is put together compared to other food apps.

    Love that I can save my favorite sandwich to select for order and pickup at the ease of a button! Curbside pickup makes it even better!

    they take your money, but wont give you your food. suddenly my order "magically" wont appear any longer. if i go to previous orders nothing shows up, but they take the money out of my account. scammers genuinely.

    Tried to use 6.99 foot long app but it refuses to accept any of my cards but if I go in person they work just fine. But if o go in person the coupon doesn’t work for the sandwich I want. Extremely annoying. Please fix

    Try to submit for points from receipt. Let’s see 1/3 of the time it fails to work. So I guess that means 2/3 of the time I consider subway I don’t
