    Help!! Since this last update, I can’t get the app to accept the coupon codes… period. Before the update this app was excellent!! I hope you are able to fix this ASAP.

    I placed an order and PAID using the app yesterday 10 minutes prior to arrival. When I arrived, my order showed to be ready on the app but the store employees told me they received no order for me. While waiting for my order to come through, the employee made my order and after finishing told me to just pay for it again and cancel the order on the app. But you cannot cancel orders on the app, and I ALREADY paid 20 minutes ago by this time. So I then paid double for my meal. Reached out to subway through their website but received no response. Will not be using the app any longer.

    It’s ok if used to get and track points but ordering is out of the question. Once your order is placed, you cannot cancel even if done immediately upon recognizing your mistake and the store cannot change it either. There is no customer service at all period. It will select an obscure store even if sitting right in front of the store or choice and you can’t change it so you lose your money.

    When you place order it processes for ever, never finishing. But it does and you just don't know it. Then you do it again and same thing happens. Then you view your credit card and you got billed twice even though it never shows your order as complete. Then when you get to the store, you have two orders. Reversing this takes hours and not worth it. Also, the "Deals"- half the stores I try to use them at do not participate. They don't tell you this until after the order is complete. Subway should be able to have an app better than this and have all their stores participate in the deal or at least tell you up front rather than when your order is finished.

    It would be great if the app checked that I was within even 100 miles of the store I just ordered from, instead of just letting me order another sandwich in another state.

    Stop asking if I want to make it a meal!! So annoying! Update.. wow I made my review below many years ago and hadn’t been back to subway since then.. I finally went back today because of a good deal and found that the app is as buggy as ever. After all these years.. still bugs galore. So many errors. I can't tell you the number of bugs I've encountered with this app. I used to go to subway all the time but this app has stolen my money several times or just straight up refused to work properly. Half the time it tells me "no stores nearby" even though there's 5 of them within a few miles. Just a total mess.
