    This app has great intentions but it’s a complete waste of time and extremely user unfriendly. There is NO way to set a location radius so you’re liking and matching with people in other countries. I was never able to match with anyone near me, the closest matches I had were states away.

    ***Update: after well over a month of customer service telling me they’re working on it (in between confusing AI messages automatically being sent to me) I’ve given up. Got my money back from Apple. I don’t think they’re actually trying.*** I’m just writing this in hopes that it saves someone else the trouble. I signed up for the trial and went through the steps to verify my profile. Over a week later (and past the trial period), I cannot participate in chats or have my profile viewed by other members. After continually reaching out to customer support, the consistent generic response is to tell me there’s no problem despite my evidence to the contrary. Trying to get my money back. I’d recommend another app.

    It won’t allow time for other person to respond , why the other person need to respond in 3 days ? They might be busy . worst design- the app archives the connection automatically

  • Plagued with problems from the start

    My problems started shortly after downloading the app, the app kept crashing trying to upload pictures. Then trying to add information “about me” and prompts would not save at all. After ALOT of effort, I finally got things going and my profile verified. I signed up and was set to get a free trial but it did not work despite how it was advertised. I reached out and support did nothing and referred me to their social media for future promotions. Just surprised that the app is plagued with bugs and very glitchy along with wanting $60/m?? Makes no sense. To top it off, I find that people either don’t communicate or are just window shopping and not really serious further wasting everyone’s valuable time which I can point out to how limited the app is as a root cause. Maybe they should take the Hinge approach where let people see who liked them (just the last person unless you subscribe to their plus model) so sending a “like” will be more meaningful and get people to communicate. It feels too much like those who are serious and want something meaningful are suppressed since everyone has a lack of trust in one another. And to add insult to injury, most people are very far away! So what kind of relationship will actually be established? Great app if you are looking for a penpal and if you are willing to pay a lot of money for a glitchy app. Very disappointed.

    Now this is app is like the rest. Expiring matches and having to pay to restore matches after only 4 days is a little ridiculous. We live busy lives.

    Dil Mil is definitely the best in category. The features are clean and the interface is smooth, not clunky like all the other apps in this category. I talked to some very quality people who I’d like to meet, and one a special guy in particular.

    I can’t access likes, messages, or even settings. It’s stuck on the main page where you swipe left or right. Deleting and reinstalling app does not work. I don’t see the point of the app if I can’t access the features.
