  • Can’t use without premium

    The app was great for a few months but when i used it one day it asked me to get premium, but you could not close that tab of it asking you unless you bought it, (as far as i’m aware) but what makes this worse is that it is still marketed as a free app.

    The app is useful with many good features, but it is nearly impossible to navigate. Various icons take the user to certain screens. There is no linear path. A home page with all links is needed. There is too much confusion and guesswork involved with this app.

    I never thought I would be so concerned about getting a lower sleep score, but this app has really change the way I think about everything I do that will affect my sleep. It has made me much more conscious about timing exercise, naps and most of all what and when to eat and how much better I feel when the score is higher.

    It’s a great app, except for the fact you cannot edit your sleep/awake times. There was a period of time where it says I was awake for hours, when I was know I wasn’t, and there is no way to actually edit that point in time to reflect the hours accurately like there is with other apps. There’s only a way to label a point in a session as “awake”. If I want to label a point in a session as asleep I have to have it line it with another sleep source like an Apple Watch. What if I just know I wasn’t awake for the hours that were logged? Why can’t I be that source? I understand it’s trying to be as accurate as possible, but I also want to be able to have the freedom to adjust my own awake/asleep duration.

  • Takes forever to update

    I did the trial and wasn't happy and felt like it was in accurate with it not making sense some days knowing I didn't sleep as much as it said I did because I was up with my baby. Or it took forever to update. Unfortunately I was a few days late canceling the trial and they wouldn't let me cancel it before having to pay. Then denied the refund despite me not using and me telling them I was unhappy with it.

    I don’t know if the app works 100% because I clearly have woken up a few times to use the restroom and actually have a full on conversation with my husband and this was never recorded.

    I used this app for about two years then one day I opened it and they want about $40 a year with no way to skip for a free version.
