  • The BEST travel app

I didn’t know what to expect but this app is everything I was looking for and some. I travel a ton, so this is a fun way of keeping track of all the places I have been. I HIGHLY recommend!!
  • Lackluster UX and Forced to Opt In to Marketing Emails

My main takeaways after five minutes with this app: * Logging countries and setting targets feels clunky. This app does not at all feel modern. * The degrees to which you can customize things is nice. I really like how each disputed territory has its own toggle, and the you can choose to treat countries like the UK as either one country or individual ones. Also appreciate the level of control over the colors, though the map only updated colors in patches. I had to update a country in a region to force refresh the color scheme, and even then it wasn’t consistent for each level of zooming in. * Agree with other reviewers that forcing people to opt in to marketing emails is bad form. This should be “opt in” not “opt out later.” I am very unimpressed with the free tier, and can’t imagine the premium tier would be much better. There are thing to like here, but not enough to make a good app.

  • Fun App

The best thing about this App is that the owner actually responds to multiple request to add cities! Easy and fun way to track my visits to 55 countries to date…. Including many non-tourist destinations. Actual maps could use improvement but overall this is a fun app for globe trotters.

My niece just this past Sunday told me about your App. I think it is a wonderful App. It would of been nice to of had it many years ago. But better late than never. The only thing I see that with my degree of technology I have not been able of seeing if it is possible in your App to have 2 place (countries) that I live 6 months at a time. So if it can be done please let me know or a work around. Again, thank you for a wonderful tool.
  • A Must-Have Travel-Logging App

I’ve had Visited for years and have always loved the services it provides. The feature of being able to log and visualize the cities I’ve been to is something that I’ve never found done well with any other app. There are some other travel apps I use, but this is a must-have for tracking some international progress. Also, their customer service is second to none.
  • Requires you to accept marketing emails

After downloading the app and providing an email address, the app asks you to go through all your countries you’ve visited. Only afterward do they present you with the EULA acceptance and marketing opt in. The app will not allow you to create an account unless you “opt in” to their marketing emails! This should not be required- EULAs yes, but marketing emails no. Any app that is requiring users to receive their promotional/marketing emails in order to create an account is a red flag. I chose to delete my account rather than proceed with this forced marketing acceptance. Would hope App Stores look into this as it violates consumer privacy rights to disallow opt-out from marketing emails.
  • Not As Good As I Hoped

The app is OK. However, I don’t see any way to indicate that I have visited some areas. I have stopped in several Greenland cities, but I can’t add Greenland to my list of visited. The same is true for Antarctica. My map looks like I have never visited Greenland and Antarctica. I am disappointed.
