    I paid for pro level subscription, and can watch full race replays on my AppleTV, but not using this app.

    I love formula 1 and their app is very easy to use, but after the Miami sprint race 2025, the championship points for drivers and constructors are just gone.

    I have followed Formula 1 my whole life. My wife and I look forward to every race weekend. We watch most of the offerings on the race itself, the free practice sessions, and many of the extras. Last weekend sadly was our last as customers for this outlet. For inexplicable reasons we were locked out. Again! We tried everything we knew: delete and reload the app, log in through the Web site, turn off and then reboot/update our devices (five devices between us.) Nothing worked. This is NOT the first time our race date has been spoiled. Sometimes we wait and catch the race on YouTube. But this time it is over for good. I contacted the service department. Completely useless. Last time I had to fix the issue myself (by deleting and reloading devices from the Web site, thank you very much, no thanks to Formula 1’s ‘pit crew’. Useless! No help at all from the company. No concern or bother that we cannot get what we paid for.) I have never in my life written a scathing review like this. And I hoped never to have to do so for a sport that truly has given me a lot of pleasure in the past.

    A few bugs that are noteworthy and need to be patched by the devs. 1.) AirPlay streaming is nonexistent. As a test, I selected AirPlay for Netflix and it worked flawlessly. Tried AirPlay for F1 app and it continually had a loading error. 2.) Subtitles. They continue to pop up upon launch, even when they have been selected as off. 3.) I’m not sure what this would be called, but I will exit out of the app while watching a race/highlights/etc., and return back to it and it’s either refreshed or started the video at a different part of the segment. Cross device syncing on the same account doesn’t work either. It will pick up and leave off at random times during a segment.
