    Can’t even download this game. Spent an hour downloading additional resources before I had enough and just deleted entirely. Using Wi-Fi, data, one at a time, both at the same time, and still did not work.

    As of the last update I am unable to download. I have contacted their help line and taken my iPad to a tech to no avail. My game is gone and I am very disappointed as I’ve been playing almost daily for years.

    I enjoy this game but I cannot do the Castle Challenge because the items that should go across the game screen never appear. I even tried reloading the game. Nothing seems to work. Any one have a suggestion? Mytrain15

    There was definitely a glitch, and it took a long time to track it down, but Andy never gave up. Thank you! So: gorgeous graphics. Fun side quests. Fun seasonal quests. Team that works hard to make it come out right. Worth your time to talk to the support team if something isn’t working. Worth your time if you like pretty games. Definitely a great way to fill empty hours.

    I love this game, have been playing for a very long time. The only problem I have is that we MUST follow along with the developers instructions and can’t go off in a different direction. I like a game where I can make some decisions by myself. In this game you go from point A to point B then point C. Sometimes I like to make it interesting by going from point A to point L. If you give this a try, be sure to do what “professor pinfeathers” tells you to do.

  • Same “glove” flying through every scene

    I’m playing the 30 day challenge, and am stuck on the “get 13 stockings” challenge. 99% of the flying objects are gloves, birds or weapons which are the latest 3 collections. I have been through every single room and have not found any stockings. Who is programming this challenge? Are they purposefully programming whatever we need in this 30 day challenge to be unavailable? It was the same in the last 30 day challenge for Halloween, and I was ready to quit playing the game entirely! Your programmer is a sadist.
