    Many addresses don’t exist & many addresses the app fails to route to truck entrances… I believe mine was hacked as it would constantly jump into rerouting & show movement of vehicles that are not mine but nearby

    The update is terrible, it shows the wrong direction with arrows, for 150 bucks, it takes a long time to load when rebuilding the route, until you drive 5 miles, there is an application for free, but it works better, I will not renew the subscription, it is better to buy Garmin or the like! All the congresses are shown in a stupid way, why not do it like in Google? Full bottom, I regret my money spent

    I’ve been paying for this GPS for a month now, and I can honestly say I could never recommend this over your Garmin or Rand. Most of the time the GPS doesn’t know the correct road you’re on, and I don’t think they do any sort of atlas double check to realize how often they route you on roads that aren’t a truck route. The navigation is very hard to find trustworthy. There isn’t much for options, no weather, no mile marker, no current town or highway. A little bubble pops up showing you which highway and town you’re in but it’s very rarely accurate. Can’t change the nav view.. they leave an endless list of things I miss about your typical dash mount gps. There’s a lot of potential with the app but as long as it’s been out, and considering where they are now.. it’ll be a decade until this is worth even 5$ a month.

    Enjoying the updated app. It freezes a little more frequently than I would like. Also in some states it registers just about everything as a weigh station.

    This might fall under the “if it ain’t broke, fix it until it is” situation. For some reason, the map keeps auto-zooming down. If I wanted it zoomed I would do that myself. I had a truck stop selected. Why did it zoom down and stop showing me the details I need for the stop such as the mileage to the stop and the exit number? These are MAJOR mistakes, which take it from “I LOVE THIS APP!!” To I MAY NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN!!

    App works good when it works. Constantly crashes at least once per route. Submitted a ticket to them 2 months ago and went through support and never heard back.
